"Threatening behaviour to female guest by the night duty manager"
I have used Premier Inn many times for business and used this one to stay with my children. Very aggressive and intimidating behaviour from the duty manager when we checked in, coupled with waiting until 1am in the morning for bedding. Raised with head office and nothing has been done, also asked for the GM of the hotel to contact me but hasn’t. If they had monitored the CCTV that was above the reception desk that evening it would show how disgraceful his behaviour was. The whole experience with Premier Inn has been in-excusable and will not use this chain again.
"Great place to stay for value and location"
The location was great. Just a block or so from the Underground access and I felt like this was a great neighborhood for convenience and restaurants and local grocery stores (M&S nearby). The room was a good value and it was clean. That’s what we were wanting. There are some things to improve in the room - the shower is very loud and inconvenient to step in and out of, the AC wouldn’t regulate very well or stay on. But we were very satisfied overall. They allowed for an early check-in which we were so appreciative for.

Great hotel, easy to get to from the nearby underground station (Old St). The hotel was very clean, & the staff were very helpful.

Business travel can be lonely and without connection. As a female traveller, the front of house team (Ellen and Ely) go above and beyond. Not only was their service to me great but I witnessed the attentiveness with which they dealt with all their customers, young and old. A great team here!
"Great service, amazing staff"
I moved to London for university and came with my family so they could help me get settled. The staff were very friendly and helped us a lot. They were very respectful too. It was also very easy to eat breakfast even with a gluten allergy, they were so nice about it unlike some restaurants in London I visited. Thank you premier inn
