"Very Bad Experience - Stolen Bag/mobile phone etc."
An incident happened inside the Premier Inn premise with my wife whilst we were doing the check in. Her bag had been stolen by unidentified persons when we were doing checking in , which were having mobile phones, cash, air pod, keys etc. which was really frustrating. It happened in the premise of Premier Inn which had been captured in CCTV. The receptionist was not telling us that it is captured in CCTV but later she confirmed that it is stolen from there and they will only provide the CCTV to police. I would request Premier Inn to go through the CCTV and look into it and take actions. I have already raised Police complaint. It's Premier Inn's security elapses where it happened like this. At least if these incidents are happening inside it , then they should at least write a note to be aware of thieves so that people will be aware. It can happen to anyone in future over there.
"Amazing location"
The location is great close to everything, Really quite and cosy in the night time for sleeping, The only regret the staff is not paying attention to your requests we asked for 4 days continuously for two extra pillows but every day's we would come back to our room without the extra pillows which was shame.
"Great family base"
From the moment we checked in to dealing with the reception team after we’d checked out due to leaving lost property in our room, the staff couldn’t do enough to help. In a busy, fast paced city, this hotel was relaxed and friendly and the bed was soooooo comfy I’m trying to persuade my other half that we need a new bed!

Fabulous hotel within close walking distance of the underground. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfy. Bathroom and bedroom were spotless.
"All about the Location"
The location was perfect for us which is why we stayed. Apart from that nothing special. Dark and dingy hotel. Bed was small and bathroom basic. Still using plastic shower curtains. I thought they went out in the 1970s. It was basic but it worked purely for location reasons and was relatively good value.
