"Pleasant surpise..........."
I'd not visited this hotel previously and was expecting a tired London hotel with disinterested staff and unreliable AC. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Friendly helpful staff on check in with well maintained and presented chilled rooms . We had a breakfast in the very large restaurant the next morning and it was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. Well done to all the staff involved.

Rooms are super quiet and comfy and friendly service . Chady on reception was excellent and highly efficient and he helped me with the WiFi and even some movie recommendations

Very smooth, early check inn by friendly, polite and helpful staff with an extra special mention to Chady for going that extra mile. Premier plus room was great and hotel v close by to Aldgate East tube and walking distance to bars and places to coffee/eat
