"Fab base"
Great location for visiting Chelsea Garden Show, functional, good value with clean well equipped rooms. Beds are super comfy. Had a good cooked breakfast but wondered up to Chiswick High road (10 min stroll) for dinner where there are loads of places to choose from. No road noise and good Aircon.

Nice hotel, very helpful staff, next to a busy road but soundproofing excellent so virtually no noise, close to a bus stop where you can get a bus to nearby Hammersmith for tube connections. Two minus points, no USB ports in rooms so you need to bring your own plug to charge devices, no convenience stores within 20 minutes walk so if you want to pop out for drinks snacks etc it’s quite a hike, so be prepared.

"Staff in the restaurant were not overly pleasant. One nice new waiter. The rest were argumentative when I sent odd smelling toas"
Staff were not the best in the restaurant. I sent some bad smelling toast back that we had with soup and two staff came and told me there was nothing wrong. Finally our nice waiter figured it out. They had tried to toast it in the oven and it absorbed the bad oven smells. He put new bread through the toaster and it was fine. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant enough. Just stuff revolving around the restaurant mainly.
