It was absolutely amazing I have never been to a hotel where the staff are so friendly. The manager personally checked us in and then also was there on checkout to wish us a safe journey. Great hotel for Chiswick and Central London

"Smashed back windscreen"
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT A CAR WITHOUT A SMASHED WINDSCREEN!!
When we arrived on the Friday night, there was glass on the floor car park so we parked away from this. That should have been a warning to us! The next morning, our car back windscreen was smashed. Nothing was taken, as nothing valuable left in the car.
The staff, were less than helpful and said this happens in every hotel across London and this is normal!!! They asked if we wanted bags and tape for it, so obviously use to it!!
Then the next morning, another customer comes down and complains their back windscreen has been smashed!
So that's 3 while we were there for 2 nights.
Not only do we have to pay for the windscreen, Premier inn have the cheek to charge us £36 to park there.
There answer is.... There is nothing we can do.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!

"Worth a booking."
The building to be honest is not very welcoming in appearance. However that aside the hotel booking in process was ok after a couple of attempts. Our room on the 1st floor had a window but this looked out on to a corridor, very strange. I feel the staff warrant the 4 star rating hard working, pleasant and helpful.
