"Excellent hotel with great staff!"
I stayed the 19th and 20th of July. Firstly, location this hotel was perfect for us, we're from just outside of Cardiff and it was a straight route down the M4. There is a decent size carpark alongside the hotel which costs £19 a night. We entered the hotel and paid this on the machine in reception. Secondly, we were slightly early but the member if staff on the desk was so lovely and asked us if we wanted to check in early. He was so friendly asking about our day. First impressions of the room were it was clean and tidy. Despite being close to a busy roundabout and A road there is no traffic noise in the room and the hotel has aircon which is lovely in the heat.
The first night we headed into central London. We walked to Turnham Green which took around 20 minutes you have to go under a subway but the area is safe, well lit and there is CCTV. The walk was nice and the tube ride into central London was short.
We got back to the hotel around 11pm when my 15 year old realised she'd misplaced her iPad. The last place she had it was reception. I went down and a very helpful staff member asked for a description he brought it out and asked me to unlock it and handed it over. It turned out she'd left it in the bar area and a member of staff put it in lost property.
We had a great night sleep the hotel was comfy and the linen was clean. The shower was OK it could have been a bit more powerful but it wasn't too bad.
We come to London a lot and this is our first time in Chiswick we would definitely come again. The staff at this hotel are so lovely, very helpful and nothing is too much. The location is great and the surrounding area is lovely. Chiswick has some nice little shops.
We will be returning at Christmas.
Thank you again for keeping my daughters iPad safe.

"Amazing staff, extremely friendly and absolutely loved my experience!"
So we arrived at the hotel at 11pm, we were quite a large group with 42 of us. We got into the rooms and many of the rooms we were given hadn’t had beds made up, especially the rooms that needed 3 beds, some rooms didn’t look like they had been cleaned. However the nights staff were brilliant and sorted it asap. The following days were nothing but exceptional. I experienced pure friendliness and kindness from the staff. Coming down early in the morning and having a sit down waiting for breakfast to open was lovely. The staff were amazing and I can’t fault them for a single thing. I would highly recommend staying here, and the only reason I can imagine the rooms were not great was because there was so many of us in the group.

"Premier Inn Chiswick Gold Star."
We visited and stayed 2 nights at Premier Inn Chiswick last Monday 6th July.
The hotel is perfectly situated a short walk to Turnham Green tube station.(10 min)
Or if a longer stroll is prefered Hammersmith is 20 min walk.
Chiswick high street itself has an amazing safe vibe even at night, and the walk to the Premier Inn is on well lit residential road.
There are many hidden restaurants off of the high street which we used and were very impressed with.
The Premier Inn is clean tidy, air-conditioning reception and rooms are very comfortable.
Without dwelling on my specific issue, which had nothing to do with the hotel, but an unfortunate school trip taking over whole of our floor, the manager Shabhir guided me professionally and with respect regarding my issue. He is a perfect manager for running this very professional establishment.
All in all head office managed to retain our future hotel stays in London in future. So this issue has actually won over a new customer.

"Quietest hotel room in London?"
Despite being at a busy roundabout, this spotless hotel has some of the best soundproofing I have experienced and we had a very comfortable night's sleep without interruption. It is within easy walk of the river Thames and Chiswick high street and has a bus stop next door connecting to Richmond and central London.

Hotel description
Chiswick is well connected to the capital, but just outside all the hustle and bustle. Take a stroll along the nearby River Thames, head to Kew Gardens to get a taste of the tropics or explore the chic boutiques along Chiswick High Road. There's plenty to keep foodies happy too, with some of West London's best alfresco cafes, gastro pubs and food markets just a short walk away.
When you've fallen for Chiswick's village vibe, head back to our London Chiswick hotel for dinner in our Thyme restaurant and then sink into your luxurious bed.
