"Great location and lovely staff"
We had an excellent stay at the Premier Inn in Chiswick. The location is fantastic, only a short walk to Chiswick High Road, and the staff were lovely and very helpful (a special thank you to Tayyib!). The room was large and very clean, and overall great value for money.

First and foremost the staff here are incredible... So friendly and cheerful. This hotel has plenty of parking, the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast delicious, location perfect, all good but best of all is the welcome and the positivity of the staff! Shabir the manager greeted us like long lost friends at breakfast to enthuse with us over the new carpet in the restaurant. The whole hotel has such a positivity, we look forward to returning. Thank you everyone.

Had a lovely five day stay here in July. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were basic but clean and in good order, the breakfast was generous, evening meals lovely, prices reasonable for London. Appreciated the air conditioning and free iced water at reception as it was during the heatwave.
Only down side was that there was no external view from room windows so felt a bit claustrophobic but can be forgiven because of everything else. Look forward to coming back!

I enjoyed my 3rd stay stay this year at the Chiswick Premiere Inn. The decor in the rooms does clearly need updating, stains on the carpet etc. However everything was clean, the shower pressure good the knob to turn on the bath was missing but I was happy with just the shower. The rooms are clean to an okay standard, not as pristine as they used to be but manageable.
The breakfast is okay, not great but not awful. Staff manage what is probably at times stressful with everyone wanting cooked food. I would say having stayed here over the years that The Chiswick is currently a good standard. (It used to be excellent).
It would be nice to see it get a little love and attention in the rooms rather than let them fall to ruin. The staff are always great to talk to and are extremely helpful. I always feel welcomed by them. I'm always grateful to the Chiswick Team who are exemplary.
