    "Dependable as ever with Premier Inns"
    I use Premier Inns as my first choice for leisure trips anywhere in the UK because you can generally rely on the quality to expect. This one was no exception. Clean, comfortable with a decent bar and restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room rate was very reasonable. From the outside, the building looks a bit soulless. I had planned to drive and park in the linked car park but read a review by someone who had had their car broken into. That worried me so I decided to use public transport. No big deal except that the nearest station (Turnham Green) is a good 20 minutes walk away. Although it appears to be a safe area, it could be of concern to people planning to arrive after dark. And it's quite a journey if you are travelling from the West End. Nevertheless, and with this caveat, I would happily recommend.

    There was exposed screws completely out of the wall and shower leaking so bad it was splashing the ceiling and going to the light. I would upload a video but it won’t let me

    The service in the restaurant was amazing, all the staff were very kind and the food was lovely. Our room was clean and the bed was so soft.

    We visited for an evening meal upon arriving at the hotel. We had lovely food, the service was great, the staff were very friendly and the restaurant wasn’t busy!
    "Another quality Premier Inn"
    Not as conveniently located as the ones in Hammersmith, but came in a lot cheaper for the night. The outside doesn’t look the most appealing but once inside it is well appointed. Reception area could do with a bit of reorganisation and was slow (seemed to be staff Christmas party so was on skeleton staff). Room good and quiet and the breakfast the next day excellent as always at a Premier Inn. About a 35 minute walk to Hammersmith and only about a 15 min walk to Turnham Green tube station.

    Hotel description

    Chiswick is well connected to the capital, but just outside all the hustle and bustle. Take a stroll along the nearby River Thames, head to Kew Gardens to get a taste of the tropics or explore the chic boutiques along Chiswick High Road. There's plenty to keep foodies happy too, with some of West London's best alfresco cafes, gastro pubs and food markets just a short walk away. When you've fallen for Chiswick's village vibe, head back to our London Chiswick hotel for dinner in our Thyme restaurant and then sink into your luxurious bed.
