"Great stay"
We always stay here when we come to London from Nottingham.
The service is excellent, especially a young man called Shabier who is so personable, he should be working at The Savoy or The Ritz!!
We are disabled and nothing is too much trouble for him.
The standard is so high here, that if l stay anywhere else I’m disappointed.
The rooms are big, comfortable and the parking is great.
The food is excellent, they are efficient and prompt. Even when the hotel is full, the service remains the same.
We have multiple experiences of this and can find no fault!
Staying again in December

"Car break in"
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, although a little tired and in need of updating.
Unfortunately, our two-night stay was cut short after our car was broken into while parked outside in a disabled parking bay. Please be aware of this and avoid leaving your car in the outside parking area if possible.
The manager was very helpful and kind, assisting us in patching up the damage and even providing us with coffee for our journey home. We really appreciated his help and kindness during a very upsetting situation.
A lovely hotel with helpful staff, but sadly our experience was overshadowed by the break-in.

Hotel description
Chiswick is well connected to the capital, but just outside all the hustle and bustle. Take a stroll along the nearby River Thames, head to Kew Gardens to get a taste of the tropics or explore the chic boutiques along Chiswick High Road. There's plenty to keep foodies happy too, with some of West London's best alfresco cafes, gastro pubs and food markets just a short walk away.
When you've fallen for Chiswick's village vibe, head back to our London Chiswick hotel for dinner in our Thyme restaurant and then sink into your luxurious bed.
