"A comfortable stay"
Comfortable room with good disabled access and facilities. Excellent breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Good location. Parking is available - but expensive even with the guest discount!

"Great hotel but....."
Location is great especially for Allianz Stadium which was the purpose of our trip. We did venture into London with our two children which involved a bus and a tube and take about 45 mins in total.
Room was fine, standard Premier Inn. Staff were lovely and friendly but this hotel massively lacks staff. We were unable to eat any evening due to the lack of service and time it was taking therefore ourselves and many other people including families were ordering Uber Eats! I have never seen anything like it!

"Avoid. Poor premier inn standards."
Staff at a minimum, poor service to top off car was broken into that evening in the hotel car park. Smashed windows on my vehicle too. Reported to premier inn staff in the morning. Who said nothing they can do. I’d need to report to the police. Now struggling to gain access to view cctv. mET police also called me to say they can not contact hotel via phone as no one will answer!

"Shameful hotel not replying to property left at hotel"
The hotel was in total chaos. Undert rained staff. who could not use the tills.
Customer service does NOT EXHIST you cannot contact them after your stay
My son left a mat for his back on the chair, could not get a human being to confirm they had it. Obviously something has happened to it, read between the lines as they have not come back to email requests for confirmation that they have it
Customer relations team pay you pip service maintaining that they only have same contact numbers as US. JOKE.
My husband and I will be looking to progress this matter to all the people who promote this hotel brand. Its a real shame with more TRAINED staff and decent CONTACTABLE human beings it could be acceptable. We will also look into the legal requirements that they should uphold regarding property left at their hotels.
Absolutely disgusted by the lack of response.
If you go and stay here make sure all outstanding matters are dealt with before you leave as anything else is ROBOT operated service with no replies to emails , as directed by the customer relations team.

"Good value stay with easy access to Central London."
This hotel was recommended to us by a friend but some of the reviews were less than positive. However, we had a great time. It is located on a very busy roundabout but the soundproofing was superb, didn't hear a thing! Hotel was clean and our twin room was good. We had a room which looked onto the roundabout and had a corridor between us and the outside windows (not used-soundproofing?) Windows don't open but air con was very efficient. Price was very good and we found it easy to get into central London and it was much more economical than staying in central London even when adding TFL daily cap. It is about a 15 min walk to Chiswick High Road ( we are in our fifties, like walking but are not in peak condition! ) loads of lovely places to eat and drink here. We decided to eat here rather than the hotel as there was such variety in Chiswick. A few minutes more to Turnham Green tube on the District line. There is a bus which stops very near hotel and takes you to Hammersmith station.
The underpass to the hotel was well lit and we never felt unsafe.
We didn't use the car park.
Would definitely stay here again for the price and location.
