      "Could have done better......"
Insufficient sups in the room for all occupants to have a drink at the same time; only 2 tea bags and 1 pkt of sugar in the room; no handrail for support at all when getting in and out of the bath [it was a shower over the bath tub]. It was automatic check-in so we saw no one on arrival and as the room was possibly 10 mins from the Reception Area we did not have the energy to try and find someone for help.
      "Lovely London Hotel"
On Sunday June 1-Thursday June 5th my husband and myself stayed at the Premier Inn London Chiswick. We were made welcome when checking in. We went to the restaurant on Monday for breakfast and were greeted by a lovely young lady her name was Sisay. She was very friendly and attentive to us, nothing was a problem for her. This continued the rest of our stay, all the staff we met or interacted with were so nice, always happy to help. I would highly recommend this hotel.
      "Convenient hotel!"
This hotel is Really conveniently located for travel into central London. Parking is bookable at the hotel and the Tube stop is 20 mins away, and an uber is around £25-£30 if needed. Lovely local pub across the road too- very friendly and decent pub grub.
      "A dark and dank experience"
Staff were really friendly and welcoming at check in and this is a positive for the hotel. The room was dark and dank, showing signs of age and poor housekeeping, There was one window which barely let in any light due to facing into atrium and unable to open to allow for fresh air. One friend who visited described it as "a room where I would come to die". Queue for breakfast was >20 persons as no-one manning the dining area entry si gave up after 20 mins. Overall, friendly staff who were under-manned in a building badly in need of refurbishment and light...
      "staff were kind and helpful"
