"Great restaurant team can cater for food allergies"
stayed for my birthday weekend at the start of October. I love a premier inn hotel and this was a great place to get our heads down on a busy weekend if you want to stay out of the centre of the city. Initial we were given a room that was facing the back of the building was so small and lacking natural light but after being woken up by the sound of the kitchen preparing for breakfast at very early o’clock we decided to make a slight complaint. The manager was really helpful when it came to our complaint and moved us to a room on the top floor. Breakfast was great too. I have multiple food allergies and really appreciated how much care the staff take with their allergy protocols, especially your staff member Shay, she was so helpful and put me at ease. Their restaurant was able to cater for an evening meal which was perfect after a long day exploring Hampton Court palace.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fantastic stay at Premier Inn Chiswick!
I had a really lovely stay at Premier Inn Chiswick. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are genuinely friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist, which makes such a difference to the overall experience.
A special shout-out to Tayyib, who made me feel especially welcome. His friendly manner and excellent customer service really stood out and helped make my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Tayyib!
The location is another big plus. It’s only around a 10-minute walk to trendy Chiswick High Road, which has a great selection of independent cafés, bars, and places to eat. It’s the perfect spot if you want to explore the local area and enjoy the lively Chiswick atmosphere.
Overall, a great hotel with a convenient location and, most importantly, fantastic staff who make you feel at home. I’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
