"Fantastic Service"
Absolutely brilliant experience at Premier Inn Chiswick. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and special mention to Shabir who went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay, was very friendly and always had a smile on his face. Rooms are so quiet, we were the road side of the hotel and absolutely no road noise. Everything very clean. Couldn’t fault it. Would definitely stay again.

Premier Inn always seems to deliver a consistently good experience, and this was no exception.
Room was good - plenty of space, decent desk area, comfy bed, effective climate control.
The shower was also excellent - not only hot and fast, but hallelujah, a full length shower screen. Please take note, hotels who think it’s somehow effective to half a shower enclosure that’s half open!
Couple of downsides…
Breakfast was only “okay”. Scrambled eggs tasted like they’d were made from some powered mix and had been left under a heat lamp for 3 days.
Check-in - this is automated and very easy, but Premier Inn has the barefaced cheek to charge £15 for the privilege! So wait - I’m relieving you of the cost of staffing your check-in, but now ***I*** have to pay? What?

Take a stroll along the nearby River Thames, head to Kew Gardens to get a taste of the tropics or explore the chic boutiques along Chiswick High Road.
