    "Would recommend"
Lovely staff, make you feel comfortable very helpful. This is our third stay and it gets better every time. Perfect place to come to with family or friends
    "Room great, the rest poor."
First the positives. Staff were all polite and pleasant. The room was good, peaceful and neat, and the bed was comfortable. Now the negatives. The communal area was not nice. It was poorly designed and arranged, had a low rent feel. Reception was a not obvious, turned out to be a desk plonked in a corner. The restaurant was a pleasant room where I was served the worst food I've had in years, verging on inedible. Cheap but dismal and I ate very little of it. Breakfast, also in the restaurant was not good. Soggy cornflakes and unpleasant coffee. True, there was fruit available. Would I go back? I would much rather pay extra to go somewhere nicer, but if on a tight budget, the room itself was good enough that I would consider it. I would put up with the dreary entrance and communal areas and go nowhere near the restaurant.
"Review of Premier Inn Hotel Stay in Chsiwick"
Firstly, the overall environment and vibe of the hotel were absolutely horrible—it even felt somewhat haunted at first glance. Typically, a hotel entrance should be vibrant and welcoming, but in this case, the reception was oddly located on the first floor, which immediately felt uninviting and strange. Secondly, the seating area in the lobby was far from comfortable or appealing, adding to the poor first impression. Thirdly, the corridors had a very unpleasant smell, which raised serious concerns about the hotel’s hygiene and cleanliness standards. I visited this hotel with my family, and the condition of the room was simply horrendous. There were stains on the chair, bathtub, vanity table and mirror. Several lights in the room were not working, and the overall lighting was very dark and dull, making the space feel even less comfortable. Despite paying £30 extra for early check-in, we were handed towels directly into our hands, which felt unprofessional. Additionally, the hotel's entrance is not at the front, making it confusing and difficult to locate, especially for first-time visitors. I’ve had much better experiences with other Premier Inn locations across London, so I genuinely expected more. Unfortunately, this particular stay left me completely disappointed and gutted—especially considering I was travelling with my family. The environment around the hotel added to the discomfort, and I would not recommend this location based on our experience.
    "Excellent Premier"
