"Still one of the best in London but the Rooms need an overhaul."
I enjoyed my 3rd stay stay this year at the Chiswick Premiere Inn. The decor in the rooms does clearly need updating, stains on the carpet etc. However everything was clean, the shower pressure good the knob to turn on the bath was missing but I was happy with just the shower. The rooms are clean to an okay standard, not as pristine as they used to be but manageable.
The breakfast is okay, not great but not awful. Staff manage what is probably at times stressful with everyone wanting cooked food. I would say having stayed here over the years that The Chiswick is currently a good standard. (It used to be excellent).
It would be nice to see it get a little love and attention in the rooms rather than let them fall to ruin. The staff are always great to talk to and are extremely helpful. I always feel welcomed by them. I'm always grateful to the Chiswick Team who are exemplary.

"Great stay at Premier Inn"
Had a great stay at the Premier Inn Chiswick. Everything was clean, tidy and well looked after. The breakfast was really good, and the hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend staying here. A special mention to Kiru, who was absolutely fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you!

"Outstanding customer service from Kiru"
We had a fantastic experience at Premier Inn Chiswick, and a special mention has to go to Kiru. His customer service was absolutely incredible — he was friendly, welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after.
Nothing was too much trouble, and his positive attitude really stood out. Staff like Kiru make such a difference to a stay and are a real credit to Premier Inn.
Thank you, Kiru, for making our visit so enjoyable. You deserve to be recognised for the fantastic service you provide!

I stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a really good experience. I was greeted by Tayyib when I arrived, and he was very friendly and helpful from the start. He helped me with anything I needed without hesitation and always made sure I was comfortable.
I really want to thank Tayyib and the rest of the staff for the great service. Tayyib was always happy to help and made my stay feel easy and enjoyable. He definitely made a good impression, and I would happily stay here again.
