"Amazing Staff"
This place is a real find and so close to the centre of London. Really easy to get to via the M25 & M4.
Rooms are as you’d expect in a Premier Inn and there’s a large car park.
The food is good and although it’s obvious that the place runs on a skeleton staff, they all work so hard and all smile. We’d give as massive shout out to Alex, who looked after us brilliantly. She seems to be at work always and nothing was too much trouble. One of the most customer focused people that I’ve met. Thanks Alex, you are a total star!

I sadly inadvertently discarded my engagement ring in the rubbish bin. The manager Shabir personally searched, two days later, discarded waste. Fantastic service. Thankyou

I stay here a few times a year. It has always been top notch. I noticed this visit things were a little different. A Self check in that just doesn't work. Putting myself and other people who have arrived after a very long journey at the mercy of a machine that does not do what it should. Staff have to do it in the end - I think they should backtrack and put back the Receptionist. Staff were lovely as always and the room was clean. My shower sounded like an old fashioned tea-kettle and the toilet seat was broken. Didn't stop me enjoying my stay but a noticeable different to the usual standards. I hope Chiswick manages to get back to maintaining high standards as it used to have.

Great location for visiting Chelsea Garden Show, functional, good value with clean well equipped rooms. Beds are super comfy. Had a good cooked breakfast but wondered up to Chiswick High road (10 min stroll) for dinner where there are loads of places to choose from. No road noise and good Aircon.

Take a stroll along the nearby River Thames, head to Kew Gardens to get a taste of the tropics or explore the chic boutiques along Chiswick High Road.
