London Canary Wharf (Westferry) hotel

This Hotel branch is in London Canary Wharf. It has a Restaurant that provides a Breakfast buffet. And Meals in the evening from 5pm. A Bar provides soft drinks. Alcohol. Snacks. The Hotel has a helpful pleasant atmosphere. The Bedrooms provide. Tea. Coffee. A Television. Comfortable Beds. The Bathrooms have Showers. Handwash and Bodywash. This Hotel is near to Train stations. The price value is reasonable.

A beautiful place, truly worth the price. The real added value is one particular staff member, whose professionalism made the experience exceptional.

We had a great time. It was the best value in the area and close to the Canary Wharf station and the theatre (walking distance). We were early but could leave our bags and check in later which was helpful. Check in later on was good. Clean room with good facilities. We bought the meal deal - 2 course dinner, drink and breakfast the next day for £28.99 which was great value. It could include an alcoholic beverage and breakfast alone was £12 so was definitely good value. We were impressed with the quality of the food, much better than we were expecting to be honest! Check out was at 12 which is excellent. Overall, great experience:)

5th time staying at this premier inn and my experience has always been positive, only downside to my most recent visit was the DLR was closed for repairs but that’s nothing to do with the premier inn haha

Myself and my daughter were staying for the weekend as we had 2 different shows to attend. Room was as usual clean and comfortable, slightly warm at night. Glad there was a selection of tea/coffee etc down in reception as there's never enough in the room. There was a loud whining noise which we think could have been the lifts, it was quite annoying (we were very close to the lifts) We ate in the 1st floor restaurant the Friday eve, there were 2 waiters, the younger of the 2 struggled to smile and was lacking in customer service. Our food took a while to come out and when we finally got it, the fries were cold and my chicken burnt. We were hungry so just ate it. I'd ordered a side of onion rings which eventually came out when we'd nearly finished our meal. I did ask where they were and was told they were coming. Maybe I should have gone into the kitchen and cooked them myself. I did speak to another man who seemed to be a manager and said about our food. He said they were very busy and only 2 people in the kitchen. I had to understand that was why there'd been a delay and why our food was cold and burnt. Having worked in a restaurant myself I do understand but customer service should always be top priority. Anyway breakfast the 1st morning was a bit slow. We had quite a wait for some bacon and sausages. The choices at breakfast were really good and most of the continental looked fresh and well stocked. The 2nd morning breakfast was much better. We enjoyed our stay apart from those annoying little things.
