"The amazing "Roy" the duty manager"
"I initially booked a Premier+ room through a third party, but upon arrival, it turned out they hadn't processed it correctly. As a result, I spent the first two nights in a standard room on a lower floor. On my second day, I met Roy and explained the situation to him—and that’s when everything changed.
For my third night, he moved me to a newly renovated room on a higher floor. Although it didn't have a coffee machine or fridge, it offered a wonderful view and was vastly better. Roy honestly made my stay amazing. I truly admire people with such a high spirit of customer service.
Dear Roy, I want to thank you deeply from the bottom of my heart. If I choose to stay at this hotel again in the future, it will be because of you. Thank you very much, Sir, and I hope to see you soon!"

"Great Hotel"
Second booking at Bromley South. Fast check in. Lovely clean, spacious room. Comfortable large beds. Bathroom exceptional. Staff very helpful and accommodating with any issues, especially ROY! Breakfast great, nice selection. I booked unlimited. Sausages fantastic. Lol. Will be staying again.

"Excellent"
What a lovely team of staff. When you stay away from for work hotel life is not great and being made welcome is extremely important to me. This is my first time here and would highly recommend, spotless, easy to get to and an amazing team

"Disrespectful Manager, Disgusting Attitude and Appalling Customer Service"
Extremely poor customer service from the manager, Maria
I was very disappointed with the way I was treated at Premier Inn London Bromley by the manager, Maria.
I was sitting in the bar area having a drink with work colleagues. The bar was completely empty, and I simply wanted to order a meal from Premier Inn and eat it while sitting with my colleagues.
Maria told me I wasn’t allowed to eat a meal in the bar area and would have to sit in the restaurant instead. What made this ridiculous was that every table in the bar area had a table number and food menus on it. The area was clearly set up for food service, yet I was being refused permission to eat there despite nobody else using it.
I asked Maria to explain the reason for this restriction, but she couldn’t give me a clear or satisfactory explanation. I even asked whether I could purchase crisps and eat them in the bar area, and she said that was permitted. So apparently crisps were acceptable, but a meal purchased from Premier Inn wasn’t!
I was more than happy to order and pay for food from the hotel. I wasn’t bringing in outside food or asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted to enjoy a meal with my work colleagues in the area where we were already sitting.
What made this experience particularly unpleasant was Maria’s attitude. Rather than explaining the policy professionally or attempting to find a reasonable solution, I found her manner extremely unprofessional and her approach completely unhelpful.
If Premier Inn has a genuine policy preventing guests from eating meals in its bar area, then customers should be given a clear and reasonable explanation. Having numbered tables and menus on every table, while refusing a guest permission to eat a meal there, is confusing enough. Being unable to explain the reasoning behind the restriction makes the experience even worse.
This wasn’t about demanding special treatment. It was about basic common sense and customer service. I was a paying guest, spending money at the hotel, and simply wanted to order some food while socialising with colleagues.
Premier Inn seriously needs to look at the standard of customer service being provided at its Bromley hotel. In particular, I hope management reviews this incident and addresses the way Maria dealt with a perfectly reasonable request.
A very disappointing experience that could easily have been handled far more professionally.
