"Not safe and the rudest manager ever!!!"
The worst hotel ever I walked out and refused to stay in this place. No security no lifts no self check in and filthy dirty. Dont trust the reviews this place is shockingly bad.
"Outstanding Team!"
We recently stayed at your premier Inn as a group in various rooms for a family wedding in the area. Thank you for the most perfect few days, you have the most wonderful people working here. Everything was fantastic. The rooms perfect, everything at hand that you need. Very comfortable beds, bathroom ideal, TV and all extra amenities superb. Cleaning system perfectly organized on request before 12 noon and each request efficiently completed. The breakast was absolutely lovely. Just the right amount of choice, juices and iced water at the entrance. Tea and coffee were smashing ( I even requested a special soy milk coffee from the chef a couple of times and he heated my milk to the temperature I requested, with a wonderful smile, on more than one occasion). The fruits, cereals and bread variety, spot on! The hot food very tasty indeed, those sausages - wonderful, the eggs the mushrooms, hash brown, all again at the correct temperature and always replaced accordingly and efficiently. We had some lunch and some evening food too, really lovely, every thing exactly as it should be. Great coleslaw, scampi, the calamari... and all the other dishes my family ordered looked delicious too. The most striking thing however, I noticed in this establishment was the people who work here. What an amazing team. Eveyone is so friendly, helpful, attentive and efficient. Natalia the manager moves around quietly ensuring everything is in order and plays a delightful part in helping descreetly as she goes. Aditya is positively the best asset to any hotel, what a friendly, lovely, attentive and kind person, his charm truly lies in the fact that he believes this is his job - when infact he is going above and beyond his call everyime. A true gem! I missed him on his days off but in fairness he deserves them so much. I hope I'm not wrong but I think it is Eddie/Eric, an absolute gentelman with glasses, another delight! together with Mursheda and Jusef and I wish I had everyone's name because this charm runs through the hotel in all of you. Keep up the wonderful work and thank you all once again. Kindest regards, Fiona Mc Andrew.
"Disgusting rooms, fairly poor service"
The room was a disaster. Stains everywhere! Mattress, floor, furniture, bathroom walls. Everything from stains from body liquids to something looking like black mold between the bathroom tiles. Didnt get a new room on two occasions, but got a "deep cleaning" instead. But it seemed like all they did was vacuuming and wiping off the counters. Got an okay room the third day. Not a good room, but okay.
"Let's just say room for improvement, could do better."
Not up to Premier Inns normal very good to excellent rating. When we were checking in, we asked to book Dinner at 7pm, the guy on reception ( possibly called Rob?) then started going on (basically upselling)about us having your meal deal, which he insisted we have as it was very good value (I couldn't really fully understand what he was saying), we never book it when we stay at PI, and when I told him we had already booked breakfast, he kept saying it was much cheaper, all included. By this time a queue was forming behind us, it was boiling hot and I just wanted to go to my room, so agreed to the meal deal. I wasn't very happy, especially as when we got to the room there were a few issues (to be fair we didn't report them as we just wanted to go out), The issues were a stain on a big towel, a hole in a small hand towel, the walls and skirting were dirty in the bath room and the toilet hinges were very stained. But worst in my view was the lack of PG Tips T bags and white sugar on the tea tray, unforgivable, yes I know they are available at reception, but you normally get at least 2 and sugar, plus no coffee, yes there is a coffee machine, but some of us mere mortals just want a quick cup of maxwell house? However worse was to come. Whilst out, my wife became ill, so when we returned she asked me to cancel dinner. So down I go only to be told by a different person that it couldn't be done? So not wanting to argue again, I just asked for an itemized bill so when I returned home I could take it up with his head office, well amazingly that seemed to allow refunding to take place? unfortunately he refunded me the price of the deal, but not the cost of my breakfast booking on my original booking, when I told him, he quite rudely just told me to sort it out in the restaurant tomorrow, I would receive the conformation on my original email. he then handed me a receipt, and dismissed me. NOT VERY GOOD We did go to breakfast, and paid the £10.99 each, again? all very good but egg's were hard, (over the years since self service has been a thing, you have to watch the chef bringing the fried eggs out, to soon and they aren't fully cooked , but to late and they are hard). I didn't mark premier inn Bromley really low because we did both get a good nights sleep, which at the end of the day is what you advertise.
"Good experience, good value"
Premier in i s efficient and well priced. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Access via elevator is reliable, staff are friendly. I preferred a regular room over a wet room but I applaud the management for providing these very well equipped bathrooms for disabled people Overall a good experience, good value and I will return again.
