"Lovely week"
I've been staying here for a week and have been very happy with the service, nothing is a problem for the staff, stand out members of staff are Denisa,Roy and Natalia, thanks for a lovely week 😁🤗
"Premier Plus Room was not worth the extra money"
Great location, some lovely staff, convenient parking. Good breakfast - well presented and tasty.Hotel public spaces very clean but our Premier Plus room was tired looking. The Carpet was stained, there was black mould in the sealant around the bath, the toilet was grubby, and the amount of hair in the sink plughole made me feel slightly queasy. The toilet roll holder was falling off the wall and the toilet paper was the cheap type. The bathroom extractor fan did not work. The water pressure for the shower was dreadful.I don't think paying the extra was really worth it.
"Poor Experience with early check in"
Booked early check in family room to allow us to attend a afternoon event. Arrived and room was not ready. Was offered option of leaving case in storage room and to return 4 hours later at 3pm, or provide us a room which was not ready and would be made up later that afternoon. We had to take room as we had to change and freshen up to attend event. all felt very flustered and harassed as we had to change quickly not knowing when room was going to be made up. Over all disappointed that we paid extra for early check in for family and it was not ready.

Best Premier inn I’ve ever eaten at! Aditya who’s served us for the several weeks we’ve been staying here is super friendly, always smiling. Incredible service!

Brilliant bar staff especially Aditya who was a brilliant server through our stay, rooms are decent and it has a great atmosphere
