"Not good sorry"

First thing in the bathroom was a sign “put the bath towels on the floor and we will change it” none ever did in 5 day, Same for the bed i have to go down and ask them to do it, noise from other room, coffe maker was broken

"Quiet hotel"

This could be the quietest hotel in London, once the the door is shut, you can't hear anything, I get a north facing room because I get a better phone signal, but again you cannot hear the A4 just outside. 5 minute walk to train station to Waterloo. And because it's away from a town centre you don't seem to get party people here at weekends. Just a very good hotel and I've already booked further dates. Only used restaurant once, seemed pretty good.

I have been using this place for a couple of years at least when visiting my old stomping ground. Up till my last two visits it's been consistent. Good value, a decent nights sleep, somewhere to park and a good breakfast. My latest stay from 26th to 30th August tell a different story. First off the car park is litter strewn disgrace. Then you daren't drive out during your stay for fear of there being nowhere to park when you get back. Hardly fair when you've paid in advance for more than one day. I got back and had to use a disabled bay. Judging by the lack of windscreen stickers, so had lots of others During our entire stay, the public area loos were out of order, the restaurant coffee machine was broken and the vending machines in the lobby very low on stock. The Windows in our room were filthy, I had noticed this a few months back so they're still like it. The good news is that the staff are all really nice and obliging, the beds were comfortable, the shower hot as you'd expect. The weeds on the front drive make you wonder if the place is open. Come on Premier Inn Brentford. Your footballers might now be Premier League but you're risking demotion from my list of go-to places.

"Food!!"

We have been eating here as locals since it opened. Staff were brilliant, friendly and have become friends. However, due to the pandemic this has changed. We now wait on average over 30 mins for a meal even though there is no one else. Current staff treat this as a social meeting rather than a job. When the food does arrive it is half portions!!!! We will no longer eat there or book family to stay there. Service has definitely good down hill

"Unfortunately fell far short"

Awful dodgy carpark..worried car would be stolen if not vandalised! Hotel underwhelming and hell will freeze over before we return. Did review vua Premier Inn survey..but inadvertently clicked service as good..should read poor! Clearly under staffed. Fire doors left open -worryingly being on 5th floor and in a disabled accessible room
