    "Very good"
    Friendly and helpful staff. Always good experience staying at Premier Inn. It’s was very quiet and no noise disturbances even though the hotel is right in front of the M4 and A4. Just disappointed that the coffee machine was broken☹️

    Nice stay for 3nights. Ainsley the chef was very nice to us & the kids, he gave the kids a very nice pancake breakfast. Staff were very helpful.

    This hotel relies on it's location to attract guests as the hotel is tired looking and the whole hotel needs an upgrade. Bedrooms especially. I've stayed in many Premier Inns and they are modern looking and have Plus Rooms which this does not. A bit of pot luck if you get a room where everything works and isn't damaged. The staff were the best part of the stay although they only had 2 on looking after check-in, restaurant and customer services.

    Great experience, as I do every year for work. Night shift work so don't spend much time at the hotel but staff really great

    Had an issue arriving due to satnav unable to calculate location for some unknown reason.. but the chef Ainsley from Jamaica 🇯🇲 was an absolute super star, with his signature pancake treats my kids loved :) can send a photo of there glee to prove this.. :)) key cards not perfect but no big deal unless you need toilet urgently
