    "Appreciation to Ainsley the chef."
    On the 1st of September 2025 we left our room 312 to go and have breakfast. I asked the chef for 2x poached eggs (which were amazing by the way) and a few minutes after receiving them Ainsley returned back with some AMAZING pancakes cut into shapes for out 6 year old son. They had the most amazing strawberry sauce and fruit. Thank you so much Ainsley you really made our stay the best and really started our second day and last day off with a lovely start. Thank you.     Excellent staff. Manager Bibek yet again excelled as did the member of cleaning staff who returned an item I left in my room after check out. Very professional and honest. Sorry but I don’t know her name. The manager will though.

    The hotel was filthy. The staff not helpful. The room stank musty. The whole place was disgusting. Cutlery was dirty, ran out of cups so couldn’t have drinks at breakfast. Dishes left everywhere. Corridors filthy and lift. Our room was filthy.

    Great experience at breakfast with Jenny helping us. Closets train and bus into Central London. Only 1 hour away from downtown London
