    "No privacy"
    Because of door between our room and other guest's room we could hear them farting, sneezing and even moving in bed at night. It was ridiculous. There was a lot of dust in bedroom and carpets also not vacuumed so expect to have dirty socks. Shower head was not movable and it not comfortable to take shower. Only good was breakfast and staff. Cleaning was bad and that doors between rooms was crazy and I couldn't sleep. Completely no privacy in room
    "Comfortable stay, friendly staff, great value"
    Comfortable night's sleep, good value for money and very friendly staff - in particular Ainsley the chef went out of his way to help our 2 year old daughter at breakfast.

    This Premier Inn was very dirty inside and outside the restaurant in the morning was very poor for breakfast. Had to wait all the time for your food for fresh eggs sausages to be cooked stuff on reception very rude. I would not say that our hotel again.

    Very quiet considering it's right next to the M4. This also means it's very easy to get to. Ainsley cooked a great breakfast. It was topped up so always everything available.

    We have breakfast at this hotel in Brentford every Friday, the food is always good, and Sornia who served us gave us an amazing service. Definitely will come back.
