      "Old and terrible"
      Very old hotel, rooms not up to standard. Bad smell and terrible service at reception. Nobody to assist if you need anything after 22h00. Only good thing was the breakfast, variety was good.
      "Personal stay"
      I stayed for a few weeks and I was greeted by a lovely staff. Special thanks to Melinda and the receptionist for answering questions. She made sure I was okay personally due to my own personal issues. and all the housekeeping team and Laura. Got advice with my own health ibs easy to talk to. All of the housekeeping team were very kind and friendly. The chef who provided vegetarian food due to fasting was very kind. The breakfast was great 👍🏽. Smiling team and great service. Wish you all the best :)
      "Wonderful stay"
      Yet another wonderful stay at Brentford Premier Inn. However, the hotel needs a TLC as it’s looking a bit tired especially the rooms. Having said that, the customer service is absolutely fantastic and team members go above and beyond to make sure that the guests are looked after well. A special mention to Bibek who’s always wonderful and takes a great care of us!

      Very comfortable beds and a quiet place. Would definitely come here again as their prices are unbeatable and the hospitality is excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was really nice and they have a variety. Parking is on site which is a bonus
      "Friendly and welcoming"
      Stayed here whilst attending Twickenham for the Army v Navy annual rugby match. We needed an early check in. Staff accomodated our needs and opened the bar early, they were all extremely friendly welcoming and helpful. Would happily stay here again.
