Awful welcome and treatment by staff who barely spoke English on arrival, the rest of my time was okay though. By the time they had checked me in I couldn't even get a drink at the bar!

"Excellent service. Great location"
I had a very enjoyable stay at Premier Inn Brentford and found it to be excellent value for money. The hotel offers comfortable accommodation, a great location, and outstanding customer service, all of which contributed to a positive overall experience.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist, making my stay smooth and stress-free. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it simple to travel around London and explore the surrounding areas.
One feature I particularly appreciated was the ability to add extras such as breakfast and internet access before arrival. This made it easier to budget for my trip and know exactly what I was spending in advance.
Overall, Premier Inn Brentford provides a comfortable and affordable stay with excellent service. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to others visiting London.

"Last weekend"
Our weekend staying at the premier inn for a wedding was fabulous .
We were checked in by Bibek who was so helpful answering any questions we had .
We ate dinner and were served fabulously by Gutja and also Sarina who we saw both mornings for breakfast.
The room was clean and we had a great nights Sleep.
Everyone was so kind and friendly, trey are an asset to your company - thank you so much for a lovely weekend.

"Sorina is the best"
I had a wonderful experience thanks to Sorina. She was extremely kind, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. She patiently answered all my questions and curiosities, making me feel very welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and her warm attitude made every interaction enjoyable. She even helped me with my luggage when I was leaving, which I truly appreciated. Sorina went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!

"Could have been much better!!"
We had to request a change of rooms (from 415) due to the shower not working (water spraying out of the top on to the floor) as well as a big greasy hair mark on the headboard of the bed & damp smelly towels.
Our new room (909) was positioned on the 9th floor and on the night of 1st June we returned to the hotel to find both lifts out of order & we then had to climb the stairs up to our room. The situation was not resolved until the following day. Luckily neither of us has mobility issues.
The new room was better but also had the big greasy hair mark on the headboard on the side nearest the TV. The room also did not appear to have been hoovered in a while prior to us taking up occupancy.
This was very poor overall.
In terms of location, the hotel is well placed. The 65 bus goes from just around the corner up to Ealing Broadway where the Elizabeth line can wisk you in to central London in 20 mins.
