    "Nice weekend stay"
Very quiet considering it's right next to the M4. This also means it's very easy to get to. Ainsley cooked a great breakfast. It was topped up so always everything available.
    "Breakfast"
We have breakfast at this hotel in Brentford every Friday, the food is always good, and Sornia who served us gave us an amazing service. Definitely will come back.
    "Practical stop in Brentford"
Stayed one night during the week. The hotel sits right by the M4 flyover, so not the prettiest location, but it’s practical for Brentford, Kew, Ealing and the Gtech Stadium. A Sainsbury’s Local is close by and bus 65 around the corner takes you to Ealing Broadway or Kingston. Check-in took a while as the hotel was understaffed, and the same applied to the restaurant – the receptionist even advised meals could take some time, so I gave it a miss. My window didn’t open, but the double glazing kept traffic noise out and the room was quiet enough. The room also had a good-sized desk, which made working in the hotel office easy. Verdict: Not a place for romance, but perfectly fine for work or football.
    "In need of a refresh"
We have always enjoyed staying with Premier Inn and, as regular customers in the past, we’ve usually had consistently positive experiences. Unfortunately, this visit fell far short of the standard we have come to expect, which was deeply disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the experience felt unlike our previous stays. The welcome was noticeably less warm and friendly than usual, and when we asked for daily room servicing, the receptionist (male) seemed surprised by the request, almost as if it were unreasonable. For us, if we are paying for a hotel stay, we expect the level of service that has always been part of the Premier Inn standard. The room itself was another disappointment. It appeared to have been a family room at some point, but with the spare bed or sofa removed it simply felt bare and unwelcoming. One of the main reasons we choose Premier Inn is the reliability of a comfortable bed, but on this occasion the bed was not up to the usual standard. To add to this, the temperature in the room was unbearable. Despite a wall-mounted air conditioning unit, the room remained stiflingly hot, making it very difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. Even though we had requested daily servicing, by the third day we had to actively request toilet roll, which should not have been necessary. The one redeeming aspect of the stay was breakfast, which remained up to the high standard we are used to — freshly cooked, plentiful, and with a wide choice. However, given the issues with the room and service, this was a small consolation compared to the overall disappointment.
    "Ok experience"
It was OK, but to speak to reception there was no intercom facility and we had to go down so many floors even for a small thing
