"Excellent breakfast and friendly staff"
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, where I recently stayed with my family. I had stayed here before for work, but this time I was happy to return with my family and experience the same warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive, and my little girl was treated to delicious food. I truly felt at home! ❤️
A special thank you to Sorina, who greeted us every morning with a beautiful smile and so much warmth. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back! 🌷

"I Couldn’t Ask For A Better Stay, Three Cheers for Premier Inn Brentford!"
This was my first time traveling and staying in a hotel solo, which I initially thought would be a stressful and isolating experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of compassion and kindness I received from check in until check out. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious, the room was clean and comfortable, and I felt like I had my own little slice of paradise for a couple of days without the worry of safety or fear of burdening others with my requests. I want to give a special thanks to Kolanu, whose bright smile and generous service made me feel incredibly welcome throughout my stay. Thank you Premier Inn Brentford for such a wonderful experience, I will definitely see you again! xx

We stayed at this hotel some time ago and had a wonderful experience. The food exceeded our expectations and was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to Sorina, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

"Wonderfully friendly breakfast staff."
The hotel is generally tired and in need of renovation but despite a few cracks in the plaster and dated furnishings the room was very clean and the hotel is conveniently located for public transport and has ample parking onsite. The Aircon was very welcomed as the weather was hot
What stood out most for us was the service at breakfast. Sorina was outstanding and so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and she was so warm and kind to our young granddaughter. I have food allergies which were taken seriously and accommodated for well. Sorina stood out as working so incredibly hard and being a credit to the business. She deserves recognition for her exceptional customer services.

"Disappointing stay"
I booked a twin room for myself and my daughter as I always do. When the confirmation came through, it said it was a double room. I contacted the customer service line, and spoke to someone about this and there was no availability left for a twin room. After me telling them that I booked a twin, there was no offer of help, just kept repeating that there was no availability. I have booked the premier inn for many years now and it feels as though the last few times have been quite poor. Not enough staff to help or the rooms have not been cleaned to the standard they used to be. The breakfast was not great and not much choice if you don’t want a cooked breakfast. There is a lack of communication when things are not right and nobody to speak to. I won’t be booking anymore with premier inn after this stay
