"Refund due false bookings made"
I would suggest someone calls me, you have my details in email about a refund! Now I have received a email saying I am booked in for 2 nights! And I have checked in... I am sitting in Devon. 6 calls to the hotel no answer! Email sent to Hazel no reply. Email sent to karolina no reply. I shall be calling the ceo tomorrow morning!

My next review will include all photo's of not 1 room but 2 rooms, we stayed in and the emails I have received. Extremely worried about my credit card being charged!

"Perfect!"
Two years ago we had a disappointing stay at this hotel. Booked again as it was close to St Paul's Cathedral for an event we were attending.
Upon arrival we could sense a complete change in staff attitude and professionalism! Wonderful welcome from Receptionist who explained where our room was etc.
Stayed on third floor in a Premier Plus room. Plenty of floor space and hanging space but no drawers. Mini fridge with complementary water.
Had the 'meal deal' in restaurant - very good value. Our server, Alessandro was amazing! Very friendly and chatty - a real character who provided 5/5 service.
The drinks promotion in the bar were excellent value for money and again the bar staff were very friendly, asking if we were enjoying our stay.
I'm so glad we gave this Premier Inn a second chance as it will now be our 'go to' hotel when we return to London.
Congratulations to management and staff for making this such an enjoyable place to stay.

"Everything is ok, a little more attention should be paid to the tidying of the rooms."
Our stay lasted 3 nights. The welcome was excellent, the customer service was excellent, the breakfast was superb, and the rooms (not huge, but just right for a short stay) were comfortable. One small flaw, however, was the attention to cleanliness. Upon arrival (there were two of us), we found only one towel kit for one person, which was quickly resolved by going down to the lobby, same problem with the kids' room, first evening only one bathroom kit. On the third night, when we asked for the room to be turned down, they didn't make the bed, and again only provided one bath kit. Everything else was excellent, including the willingness to store our bags before and after check-in and check-out. The reception staff were very friendly.

"Great Hotel Stay"
The hotel is in a great location! The staff was nice and helpful. We had a problem with one shower and they moved us to a new room. There are 3 elevators which made it easy going up to our rooms and with people carrying luggage. The breakfast was good. Our friends said the porridge was wonderful, you just have to ask for it. We chose to go to the local market to pick up fruit and croissants 2 days we were there. The beds were comfy and the rooms very quiet. The rooms are on the small side with no dressers or closets but there was a place to hang things and a few hangers. We would stay here again.

"Very well located in the center of London. Good quality Hotel with friendly service."
Good quality Hotel. The room was very good, the bed was comfortable, it was very clean. The bathroom was good. I had the continental breakfast which did not include any fruit or youghurt. The coffee was very good and the pastries wad still hot. Would have liked to get some fruit.
