"Dream stay"
Upon entering this hotel I was warmly greeted by a member of staff and they helped me check in.
My room was clean and beds comfy.
We went for a drink in the bar and was in time fir happy hour.
The bar staff were very friendly and helpful of the surrounding area and helped us decide where we went next.
Breakfast was busy but again the staff were very helpful and the food was fresh and plenty of it.
Checking out was easy.
I will definitely stay again here

"Well taken care of"
Very easy to get to from Blackfriars station with a direct connection to the circle and district lines - the way to get to the rooms was a bit of a maze but I kind of expect that with a hotel stay, the room wasn't too hot and the bathroom was huge (the door didn't sit flush to the door frame as it was a sliding door clearly the room was an accessible room that had been turned into a regular room but I think it would be nice to be able to close the door all the way)
The staff were helpful and friendly and my sister was well taken care of as someone with a nut allergy got fresh food and an unopened carton of apple juice
Check in and out was easy on the app
Very convenient for a quick stopover in London would definitely book again

"High recommend!"
I would highly recommend the Premier Inn Blackfriars to anyone visiting London!
All of the staff we encountered were really engaging, professional, friendly and super helpful. The hotel had a relaxed cosy vibe and the room was clean and spacious. In terms of location, it was spot on. Quiet on a night wth brilliant connections and fab proximity to all the sights and river!

"Another great trip"
Best Premier Inn I have stayed in - always choose here in London if I can. Clean, good breakfast, amazing location, friendly staff

"Poor quality rooms"
Stayed at the Blackfriars Premier Inn in April 2026 and unfortunately had a very poor experience.
Our first room had visible black mould in the bathroom, and the following morning the curtain rail detached and fell when opening the curtains, striking me on the head.
We were moved rooms late that evening, however the replacement room also had extensive mould, visible hair on spare pillows, and the toilet had not been cleaned.
Premier Inn did provide a partial refund after a complaint, but I was disappointed by the overall handling of the issues given the safety and hygiene concerns involved.
