"Comfortable, convenient and well-priced"
Just next to Fleet Street, between Blackfriars and Farringdon stations, this location is a great option but anyone looking to hit the main tourist attractions. The rooms are cosy, the staff is great and convenience is the best word I can use to describe what I think of this hotel. In my next trip to London, I'll most probably return to this location.

"Fantastic Location, Service not great and room not ready."
I arrived at the hotel just before 4pm, check in is at 3pm. I was damp from the drizzle outside and wandering around trying to find the hotel. Used the self check-in but was unable to as said room not ready. On speaking to the reception, the double bed had been made up but the single had not. She let me check in anyway and said someone would make up the single bed. There was only one set of towels in the room so as I left to meet my daughter for dinner I asked for a second set. She said these would be provided at the same time as the single being made. When I arrived back later with my daughter we went to the room for her to change. Bed had been made up but no second lot of towels. Spoke to reception again and she handed over the towels. I asked if these could be put in the room as we were on our way out to a show. She said to collect on our our return which would have been late, so we took the towels and had to quickly take them back up to our room making us late getting out.
There appeared a lack of staff but twice when I used the back entry I saw staff sitting around on the steps smoking which is not nice to walk through.
The hotel is in a fantastic area for visiting St Pauls, Tate Modern ect. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. But for me the service let this hotel down, Ive stayed at much better Premiere Inns.

"Great Location, Room not ready at 4pm, Poorly staffed"
Struggle to find the hotel in the drizzle. Once there slight damp and frizzy hair just before 4pm, tried to check in on screen. Came up as room not ready speak to staff.
Spoke to lady on desk, the double bed was ready but the single had not been made up. They checked me in anyway and said someone would make up the single bed.
The room although large looked un-inviting with a bare mattress. There was only one set of towels. On my way out of the hotel, I asked reception if another set of towels would be placed in the room. She said they would be at the same time as the bed being made up. When I arrived back later, the bed had been made but no extra towels. This was pretty annoying as I had asked. I was going out again but on my way through I asked the lady on reception for another set of towels again and if they could be put in the room as we were on our way out for the evening. She only wanted to hand them to me or for me to collect on out return, So just took them there in then and had to go back up to the room making us late for the theatre.
There seemed a lack of staff but twice on using the back exit I noticed them sitting around outside smoking. Not nice to have to walk through.
The hotel is in a fantastic area with plenty to see, shops ect. Not the best Premiere Inn Ive stayed in for level of service.

"A Credit To Premier Inn"
A centrally located Premier Inn, close to Blackfriars tube station and walking distance to many iconic London attractions such as St. Paul's Cathedral.
Our room was very clean with comfortable beds and fresh, crisp bedding.
For central London it was quiet with no outside noise affecting us.
The meal deal is excellent value for money. A nice varied selection for breakfast and a limited but enjoyable evening menu.
The service was faultless too. Polite, friendly and helpful - thank you.
A very enjoyable stay here.

"IDEAL LOCATION"
Comfortable hotel in an ideal location, with the tube station and cosy pub nearby.
The hotel decor is a little jaded perhaps but the staff are friendly. Most people
staying here are probably on a mission to go to see the sights here, there, and everywhere and so they might spend only 20% of their waking hours in the hotel so paying extra for luxury accommodation would probably a waste!
There are a few iconic sites within walking distance (Royal Courts of Justice, St. Pauls Cathedral, and the Shard a bit further. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable base to explore the sites etc.
