There is no on-site parking available at this hotel. Chargeable off-site parking is available at Baynard House Car Park (EC4V 4BQ). Rates are as followed: Monday to Friday 6am-7pm and Saturday 6am-1.30pm, £4.00 per hour. All other times and Bank and Public Holidays, £4.00 per visit. Motorcycles and bicycles are free in designated bays. Blue badge holders, normal rates apply. When your parking period crosses a time band, separate rates are calculated together.

What can I say,all you need from a premier inn, except i dont think I've been to a hotel where EVERY member of staff was friendly, polite,helpful,professional, and myself and my Mrs would like to say premier inn you have the nicest,friendliest person ive ever met working for you a BIG thank you to ALESSANDRO,will stay here again next time in london,keith and louise

Stayed here 3 times before - location great for us visited theatre ,Borough Markets ,Covent Garden and Theatres .
Always clean staff pleasant room ready little early too which allowed easy drop off of cases - appreciated not having been charged for early access also - feel in previous Premier inn the fee is extortionate

"A return visit to this busy but welcoming hotel."
Clean, comfortable room. Hotel was quiet during the night, despite all-night world cup football happening. Staff were all cheerful, efficient and hospitable. Also, hotel is in an excellent location,handy for riverside walks, parliament, Tate Britain and many excellent nearby pubs and restaurants.

"Smelly bathroom and slippy shower"
Hotel was in a good location, and the beds are comfy. However, the bathroom had a bad smell like something was coming up from the drain. The shower was really slippy, so much so only one of us bothered using it. Noticed a very small note afterwards saying to ask reception for a rubber mat "if needed" but the shower was so slippery that one should be provided as standard! The skirting boards in the bathroom looked mouldy too! We only stayed for one night, and our very specific plans didn't really afford us the luxury of complaining and asking to swap rooms but I am very disappointed at being charged the best part of 300 pounds for such a shocking room. My advice - AVOID!

"Yussuf was amazing!"
We came here because it’s so close to the Thames and the Blackfriars train station- but what is going to bring us back is the staff- especially Yussuf! He was an absolute delight and every interaction made us feel so special. An asset to the company and we truly hope that we get to see him again next time we visit!
