"Excellent stay"
We stayed for 5 nights. Location was perfect. Just 2 minutes walk from tube and 15 minutes from Covent garden. Rooms were clean. Beds were really comfortable. Had breakfast every morning and it definitely set us up for the day. Service was fast. The staff were so friendly and helpful. In 5 days I didn't meet any staff member that wasn't friendly and welcoming. I've worked in hospitality and it's a hard job and everyone can have bad days and some people can just be a little cranky(understandably so). Not one staff member I met was like that. From cleaners to reception. Everyone was so nice. It really helped to make our stay so enjoyable. Hazel was a star. Would highly recommend this hotel. I will 100% be returning and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

"Sometimes there's an event..."
I stay in hotels quite often in London. There are few reasons why I choose one place over another - over years the ones I've whittled down to preferred status all tend to be quite good - but sometimes there's an event that entices me to choose a particular place over a range of competitive alternatives. Is it comfort, value, service, food, ....? It could be any of those, of course, but on this occasion a single event will prompt me henceforth to choose this venue over all those other good competitors. Hats off to a guy called Yusuf who I encountered when he was collecting my breakfast dishes and utensils. Premier Inn, are you listening? This guy is pure gold! Charming, efficient, knowledgeable, and a perfect host. It seems to me that he should be elevated to something equivalent to Maitre d' status. The other staff were all good at what they do, but Yusuf stands tall above all others. I shall return quite often, I am sure, and I'll probably make a decision to dine here rather than in any of the local (very good) restaurants, just to experience Yusuf's brand of hospitality again.

"Refund due false bookings made"
I would suggest someone calls me, you have my details in email about a refund! Now I have received a email saying I am booked in for 2 nights! And I have checked in... I am sitting in Devon. 6 calls to the hotel no answer! Email sent to Hazel no reply. Email sent to karolina no reply. I shall be calling the ceo tomorrow morning!

My next review will include all photo's of not 1 room but 2 rooms, we stayed in and the emails I have received. Extremely worried about my credit card being charged!
