"Poor standards overall"
The hairdryer in our room didn’t work, the light on the mirror didn’t work, the shower was leaking heavily onto the bathroom floor, the plumbing (?) system was extremely noisy, and the towels didn’t smell clean. We also had a knock on the door at half 9am on morning of checkout asking if we were out yet by housekeeping - this was a bit of a shock given checkout isn’t until 12pm. Thankfully we were awake to hear the knock but if not, would they have just let themselves in? I’m not sure but either way, shouldn’t have happened. This was our 3rd stay in this Premier Inn and will be the last unfortunately.
"Back Again"
Second time at this hotel once again attending NFL game at Tottenham. Location is perfect for transportation being so close to Blackfriars Station. Hotel is well run. Only complaint is the WIFI which is dodgy. Breakfast buffet is great! Room is spartan but had all we needed for the week.
"You'll rarely get a good nights sleep here...."
My 3rd or 4th time staying here and can genuinely say, if its not a drunk in the corridor, or someone knocking on your door at 2am, or the creaking floorboards from upstairs then something will awake you from deep sleep. This time it was the room next door's mobile phone constantly vibrating from 5.30am..... The walls are that thin.... Location is great but if you don't need the space then try the Premier Inn Hub in nearby Clerkenwell.... Always slept well there!
"Great place to stay and relax"
Location was absolutely superb as it’s just two minutes from Blackfriars Station, coffee shops, pub/wine bars etc. The atmosphere when we walked in was lovely. When checking in staff member customer service was excellent. As for the rooms very clean, bathroom very clean and definitely value for money. Noise level was brilliant had no disturbances. As for amenities very good. Lift was also very clean. Definitely value for money and we will come back again 😃😃 Thank you for the very kind hospitality 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
"Very poor standard Premier Inn"
Can’t recommend. -1 level room. Corridor stunk of sewerage. Room cold, dark and basic. No natural light. Booked twin with adult daughter and one double bed one kids. Insufficient bedding so cold in night. Water cold for evening shower. Breakfast nice but otherwise very disappointed
