    Our hotel has no on-site parking for guests. NCP parking can be found directly beneath the hotel and access is made through Royal Oak Road, just to the left of the hotel. Parking is charged at £6.95 per 24 hours and £5.95 per 24 hours through the NCP Park Pass app. Please note that there is a height restriction of 1.9m in place.

    "Dirty place, no fresh linen, strong horrible smell, that makes it smell like abandoned apartments"
    We have always stay in premier in, we were here in April and had a good experience, but today we are having a very terrible experience, very dirty room, the bathroom soo dirty and awful, the receptionist is nice, she asked us to check another room, that was even worse than the previous, then another, which bathroom was fair but with a strong horrible smell, the linen didn't smell fresh. We were so looking forward to this stay, but the kids can't wait for us to leave. We have to settle for the smelly one, because it's almost an hour trying to sort out room and the kids are so tired. I have asked a friend to buy us air freshner when visiting, may be it can help with the smell, I use to rate premier Inn 8 out of 10 before today's experience. I don't know how to attached videos. But today I will give 1 out of 10.
    "Food not good"
    The reception staff were great, friendly and helpful. They arranged a room with a walk in shower for us and also gave us a non slip shower mat and extra towels as we didn't request housekeeping. We decided to eat in the restaurant on Wednesday night. There were around 5 tables with guests, one table had 6 guests on most had 2 or 3 guests. My partner was informed they were having some problems and a few items were off the menu. Also informed the wait would be at least 20 minutes. We were served our soup 30 minutes later and it was warm not hot. My partner had a burger which was fine. My curry was warm but I thought it may have cooled with the air conditioning whilst I was eating the poppadum. However the following day I had a stomach upset. There were no staff when we left so I couldn't note it. We stay at Premier Inn quite often and not had this sort of problem with the restaurant. We gather they may have been short staffed in the restaurant. As mentioned before the reception staff were great.

    "Amazing experience"
    I had a fantastic stay at the Premier Inn Bexleyheath. The staff really made the difference especially Nisha and Charlene, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were friendly, attentive, and made me feel truly welcome. Their professionalism and warmth are a credit to the hotel. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this Premier Inn to anyone visiting the area
