    I really like staying here Everything is good nice reception and Sobia is nice and lovely she sort my wife problem and guide me all I need to know Rooms are too good and very clean

    The room stank of cigarettes, I asked to be moved to another room, that was denied, I had to go book a room at the Hilton. They refused to refund me.

    I have stayed in Premier Inns all over the country for years and have spent tens of thousands of pounds with the chain, but my recent experience at London Bexleyheath has left me shocked and extremely disappointed. While I was in my room trying to rest, with the security deadbolt fully engaged, a staff member used an override to open my door without my permission. At first, I was told this was due to “a problem with the lock,” but later it was revealed that the hotel had double-allocated my room to another guest, who then complained they couldn’t get in. Instead of resolving this through reception, staff chose to override the deadbolt — an act I see as a blatant invasion of privacy and a serious breach of security. If I hadn’t been in the room, this could have given a stranger direct access to my personal belongings. This wasn’t just a mistake — it was a display of sheer incompetence in basic hotel operations and guest safety. Room allocation errors happen, but forcibly opening a locked, occupied room is unacceptable and shows a worrying lack of training and judgment. It now makes me wonder if I can even take a shower or go to sleep tonight without the risk of an intruder entering my room. I have always trusted Premier Inn to provide a secure, private environment, but this experience has left me questioning whether I can continue to do so. I hope the company takes this matter seriously and reviews its procedures to ensure no other guest has to go through the same thing.

    "Horrendous smell of tobacco - all clothes stank on return home"
    We booked two rooms at the Bexley Heath Premier Inn for 08/08/2025. We stay at Premier Inns regularly and have never had to complain before, but this experience was extremely disappointing. On arrival, the first room had a very strong smell of tobacco smoke. We asked to be moved and were given another room, but although the smell wasn’t quite as bad, it was still clearly noticeable. We were already running late for an event, so we had no time to change rooms again. When we returned home, we discovered that our suitcase and all of its contents absolutely reeked of tobacco, meaning we now have to wash and clean everything we took with us. This is not the standard we expect from Premier Inn. Rooms should be fresh, clean, and smoke-free. Sadly, this stay fell far short of the usual quality and left us feeling let down.
