      Our hotel has no on-site parking for guests. NCP parking can be found directly beneath the hotel and access is made through Royal Oak Road, just to the left of the hotel. Parking is charged at £6.95 per 24 hours and £5.95 per 24 hours through the NCP Park Pass app. Please note that there is a height restriction of 1.9m in place.

      "Good nights stay, very happy overall!"
      I was greeted by Sam who was bubbly, helpful and informative. Sam checked me in swiftly and without any issues. The hotel general areas were clean and tidy. My room was also clean and smelt fresh. The bed was comfortable, the room was very quiet so we had a great nights sleep. All in all a good nights stay, at a great price.
      "Uncomfortable and Dangerous"
      Plug sockets were literally hanging off the walls. Poorly ventilated even with air conditioning on. View was of a weird alley space. Air conditioning kept switching off. Stained carpet, pillows were like cardboard. Location was the only good thing about it.

      Bathroom needs updating, shower cold, floor lifting. Carpark and stairs very unsafe due to homeless and drug smoking people. The bar didn’t have draft beer and charged 10.00 a drink in a bottle so we went to Wetherspoons …………………………………….. ………. ……….. ……………. ………….

      Lovely warm welcome from Jo; just what you need after a day of moving boxes to a second floor flat. As ever, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..,,,,,,

      Thank you to Tomi who provided Excellent service, great knowledge and went the extra mile to help whilst we were visiting on business. Made us aware of all the different types of available beers, even brought over our order to the table, which was a nice touch. Made sure we were aware of breakfast times and options as we had arrived late.
