London Beckton hotel

17JUL25 is my first day and i was blocked at bathroom. The lock is not working called reception and came and unlocked the door. I request to change the room as i stayed with my daughters. next day more than one hour tried to repair but finally can not. After that they change the room. I spend a bad day though i have only three days for holiday.

I've been here a few times times and it's always been a warm welcome, usual great beds, clean rooms just what you'd expect from a Premier inn, perfection. I was met by Ingrid who has a warm smile and happy personality, with a friendly chat and welcome started the stay off nicely. We had a meal deal as usual, saves the fuss of finding a place to eat, plus you know you can get a decent meal at the Brewers Fayre next door. After a long day it was good to have a proper shower and chill out for the evening. Well done again PI, and thank you Ingrid.

Great welcome every time here, especially from Alexandra and Ingrid. Comfortable, clean hotel in a great location. DLR and local bus station on the doorstep.

Had a mission getting here, unnecessary, was dropped off away from the reception, ok it's fine let me just get to the hotel room, now I'm here going in, now someone's polite here, told them what I'm here for and if it's working, they said yes, off I go, wasn't working, so off I went to the reception, now I asked it's not working and they said I will turn it on!? I was like on? Ok cool, I went back, (pun intended) now it's still not working, so found a member of staff in the corridor she happily helped and said I can change rooms if it's not working, we parted ways, back to the reception, now I'm told can't do anything yet, I can see something went down on the call she received, but come on it's not my fault, chill (pun intended again) ok was told now give it an hour let it settle, then I will give you full control? I'm more confused at this point, anyways back to the room, internet was terrible, tethered my own phone, still pointless, now I decided to ask at reception, we in the PM now... Lovely sister, she heard my concern and niced me, this was goodnight from the badmorning I had, also you missed out on some food your shift has ended, so I had it lol and honestly this is the type of employees you want to be front of house, polite, mindful and straight to the point, give this sister a promotion. #Ingrid the legend she's Beckton Staff.

Alexandra the hotel receptionist was very welcoming, friendly and couldn’t do enough enough to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
