      "Disabled paradise"
      We had 2 people on mobility scooters and a 6 year old with us, so thought we were likely to have difficulties. Far from it. The staff were extremely kind and helpful for the whole stay. The disabled room was on the ground floor with plenty of room to move around even on scooters and a child bed. The bathroom was a large wet room. At the opposite end of the corridor was the access to a Brewers' Fayre that had a play area which was helpful. The hotel is at the very end of the tube line, giving access to the road via a ramp. You only need to go around the corner and down a short road to find the hotel. Opposite is an ASDA for convenience, where we were able to pump up tyres. The tube itself is a new modern train with ample room for 2 scooters without causing any hinderance to others. The hotel played a large part in making this a very enjoyable few days.

      This hotel was a literal lifesaver. When my air B and B booking fell through they listened to my friends snd retained a lovely room for me for the nights 6 to 7 Tv They were kind and professional and the cleanliness and facilities were top notch!

      I had an amazing stay. Staff were amazing. I think it was manager he was in plain clothes with a guy in the morning was helping us out to plan our day. Amazing service. Hotel was clean. We got one of the new rooms, and they were very comfortable. Nothing to complain about.

      When we got to the hotel, it had turned out we booked the wrong type of room, however, the receptionist helped us get a fantastic deal and the right room for us. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will be using the hotel again as very easy to get to.

      The hotel is great. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms and the on site restaurant is good too. Alexandra and Neringa checked me in and we had a pleasant chat while they did. It was really nice to see staff enjoying their jobs and spreading positivity to the guests.
