"Amazing breakfast"
I didn’t stay at this hotel, but I came in for breakfast and it was amazing. Sian, the restaurant manager, kindly found space for me even though it was very busy and there were lots of people inside.
I was really happy I got to have breakfast there. There were plenty of options, including a full English breakfast, cereals, fruit, cakes, and coffee. For just £12, it was great value. I would definitely recommend this place.

cleaniness and soundproofing is main concern, there was a layer dirt , rice grains stuck on the chair . there was a layer of dust on the table, lamps , floor

Well, on my arrival I found the environment to be clean and tidy. I had no concerns. The receptionist was all smiling and welcoming. She confimed my booking quick and gave me the key to my room.
Also, the room and bathroom were clean to my taste and bed was very comfy. I had clean cups and watched a movie before eventually falling asleep. I had a wonderful night rest.

Customer service is exceptional!! Sian went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding and always made us feel welcome! My elderly grandmother’s house burned down, and we have been staying at a few hotels, and the staff here was wonderful! Sal’s warmth and kindness to my grandmother made each day a joy. Wendy’s charming care made the restaurant a great experience and Emily and Sky and Mohammed brought a great atmosphere. Alexandra in housekeeping was a delight and very helpful. It is nice to be able to open the windows slightly to get fresh air and air out any musty smell in the older building. Truly the service here will make you feel warm and welcome. It is evident that the team is run exceptionally well, and the way the team is eager to help and efficient in their service is worth noting! Alecia is a top notch manager! Truly outstanding the way she deals with all the challenges that arise and keeps everything running smoothly and makes her team feel valued! You can feel how the team enjoys coming to work, and that is a testament to her outstanding leadership!!
