Stayed 11 nights and is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Most of the staff very rude, Service for evening meals was very slow and most evenings only had limited menus on.

Grest stay with the family. Staff very attentive and welcoming (huge shout out to Emily and Skye, in particular Emily who not only checked us in late but checked us out in the morning. Clean and fresh rooms, we did have an issue with one of the rooms snd it was rectified by Tyrone (nights team ) who was exceptionally customer focussed due to his quick thinking and friendly service(hope he is looked after as he will go along way in his career) along with Odun. Overall safe and it did what we came for ‘a good nights sleep’🤝

"Bites all over me after staying."
Woke up with bites all over my face and body. I went to reception and they didn't appear too bothered and gave me a phone number to complain to. I had about 12 bites on my face only including my eyelid. It seemed like a regular occurrence from staff reaction...
