"Wow...."
I stayed at this Hotel while away for work, I have stayed at premier inn all over the country and Tower hotel was the best by far, the service I received from the minute I walked through the door was exceptional, the gentleman at check in on Sunday the 5th, 4pm ish could not do enough for me, always smiling and they brought this fabulous curtesy through to the dining room later. Breakfast the next morning was the same fabulous service, I would like to thank Adriana, Khatlab and Jumman for their atentitive care. Rooms spotlessly clean, luxurious and quiet. The bed as soft as A cloud, I dont sleep well usually in Hotels, but I did at Tower. I will be returning with my husband for a leisure trip in the future. Many thanks
"Relaxed, friendly, easy"
I stay regularly at this Premier Inn and find it to be clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything works! Thank you in particular to Sumra, who always offers a friendly welcome and a lovely relaxed service. A credit to Premier Inn!
"Mixed experience – excellent breakfast but disappointing room"
We recently stayed at this hotel and were assigned an accessible room. For a man of 1.80m this was quite inconvenient, as the sink was installed at wheelchair height and therefore difficult to use. The in-room facilities also felt rather poor: no instant coffee, no bottle of water, and for two nights with two adults only one small and one large towel were provided. Considering the price we paid, we expected a bit more comfort. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent and really made up for a lot. It was plentiful, of good quality, and the breakfast times were very convenient. The hotel is conveniently located close to Monument and Bank underground stations and bus line 15, which made it easy to explore the city. Overall, the stay had its highlights, but the room facilities were disappointing compared to the price.
"Family meet up"
Good location, stayed a few times here, but as really gone down hill, not enough staff, some staff struggled to understand what you were saying. Sometimes no staff presant, had to put labels and put own cases in luggage room.
"Big room amazing view"
Huge room, incredible view of the Walkie Talkie and Cheese grater buildings. Friendly, very capable staff. Very clean.
