London Bank (Tower) hotel

I went to London for Coldplay concert and decided to stay at Premier Inn Bank Hotel as the price was very reasonable for busy London weekend. What a choice. We had the best time ever and the hotel was just perfect! From the start to the finish. Check in process was smooth with no problems at all, our room was located on the second floor. It was huge, clean, fresh, the comfiest bed ever and massive plus for bathroom. There was not a single thing we didnt like. We went once for a breakfast which was lovely, plenty of choices, everything was fresh, tasty and good quality food. We also went for a dinner one night. Amazing experience and service from Shamin who served us. Very well done to him, outstanding service, politeness, he was making sure we get a good dinner deal, was super helpful, was checking on us and made sure we had really good time there. Well done and thank you! Premier Inn Bank Hotel would be our choice for next London trip for sure. Worth mentioning the location as the hotel is 3mins walk from Sky Garden, 5min walk to tube stations and you can commute easily from there.

Excellent clean and comfortable hotel. Great quiet location. The rooms look to be newly decorated and styled which provided more space as we had 2 adults and 2 children in the room. Restaurant was excellent value for money and a fab service.

Room was very clean and tidy. Bathroom also very clean, no issues to be mentioned. Shamin gave excellent customer service during dinner :)

My family spent 6 nights here in April 2025. The location is excellent and that's unquestionably the best thing about the hotel. Apart from that, it is very "okay". The accommodations were fair but a bit disappointing. The water pressure in the bathroom is low, which is frustrating. My biggest problem was the staff's handling of an issue in my room. After 1-2 days at the hotel, I discovered something sharp on a spot on the floor of my room. I was not wounded, but it hurt and alarmed me. Upon close inspection of the carpeting, it appeared there was a contractor's staple securing the carpet to the floor that was sticking up. I alerted the front desk and the woman apologized. She told me they had recently refurbished some of the rooms. She offered me a partial discount on breakfast at the hotel and told me she would send the maintenance team to my room. The next day after returning to the hotel, I asked the front desk whether the issue had been resolved. The woman there was rude, dismissive, and claimed there was no issue found in the room. When I checked the room, the sharp object was gone. They had obviously either removed it or clipped the sharp end. I really did not appreciate the attitude or the gaslighted. Overall, this was a decent hotel for the price if location is your main criterion. If you want good service and accommodations and are willing to spend a little more, I suggest looking elsewhere.
