Parking at Premier Inn London Archway hotel

Chargeable parking will available next to the hotel, managed by YourParkingSpace. Parking will operate on a first come, first served basis at £15 per 24 hours. Please note there is a height restriction of 2.3 metres and the car park is secured by a gated entrance that can be opened via the Premier Inn pin pad. Disabled parking will be situated at the front of the hotel. The car park is located on a one-way street, McDonald Road, and can be found when turning right after the Archway Leisure Centre. The car park has a lift that connects the parking area to the hotel.

"Great affordable meal, 10/10 recommend"
Ordered as a walk-in guest at dinner. The food came relatively quick and tastes amazing, massive thumbs up to the front of house and kitchen staff for providing such excellent food and service, they definitely deserve a raise.

Poor signage for underground car park and no information about access via intercom. Not enough staff to cover guests at breakfast. It was absolute chaos.

Ohene on reception was very friendly, helpful and courteous, a great ambassador for Premierinn. Give the man a raise immediately.

Excellent and very helpful, the staff were attentive and solved problems quickly. Would recommend going despite unavoidable building work in the short-term.
"Woeful lifts and frightening parking"
The parking facilities need significant improvement. On arrival, I tried calling reception but the phone rang out. I had to wait for another car to leave before I could get into the car park. The area itself was unpleasant, and I didn’t feel safe with several homeless individuals walking through. The door from the car park to reception was locked, and there was no clear signage directing guests to reception. I ended up having to walk through a shop’s service area just to find my way out. To access the car park from the hotel, you need to switch lifts on the ground floor which is annoying. The general lift situation is also frustrating—there was only one lift serving all 170 rooms. This caused long waits at check-out time, which was very annoying. Worse still, the stairs only go down to the ground floor, so walking to the car wasn’t really an option. Overall, this experience fell short of what I expect from Premier Inn. Improvements are definitely needed.
