Parking at Premier Inn London Archway hotel

Chargeable parking will available next to the hotel, managed by YourParkingSpace. Parking will operate on a first come, first served basis at £15 per 24 hours. Please note there is a height restriction of 2.3 metres and the car park is secured by a gated entrance that can be opened via the Premier Inn pin pad. Disabled parking will be situated at the front of the hotel. The car park is located on a one-way street, McDonald Road, and can be found when turning right after the Archway Leisure Centre. The car park has a lift that connects the parking area to the hotel.

"Woeful lifts and frightening parking"
The parking facilities need significant improvement. On arrival, I tried calling reception but the phone rang out. I had to wait for another car to leave before I could get into the car park. The area itself was unpleasant, and I didn’t feel safe with several homeless individuals walking through. The door from the car park to reception was locked, and there was no clear signage directing guests to reception. I ended up having to walk through a shop’s service area just to find my way out. To access the car park from the hotel, you need to switch lifts on the ground floor which is annoying. The general lift situation is also frustrating—there was only one lift serving all 170 rooms. This caused long waits at check-out time, which was very annoying. Worse still, the stairs only go down to the ground floor, so walking to the car wasn’t really an option. Overall, this experience fell short of what I expect from Premier Inn. Improvements are definitely needed.
"Comfy overnight stay"
Very good stay at the Archway. Staff were welcoming and check in easy. Room was very good. Nice comfy bed and pillow choice. Very clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent, plenty of choice and frequently replenished. Be aware scaffolding out front and only 1 lift working.
"Nice stay. I do recommend."
Just by Archway underground station. Very convenient for transport and close to Camden Town. All in all it's a good hotel to stay a few days in London. The only drawback is the reception. One employee should be there 24-H but, most of the times, they are busy doing else, breakfast, lunch and so on. Needless to have self machines for check in , and they don't understand and solve your problems.
"Thoughtful Gestures, Great Service – Just Fix the Wi-Fi"
We had a wonderful week-long stay at Premier Inn London Archway. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Eliena, who noticed we’re vegetarians and cheerfully explained all the breakfast options that suited our needs, and to Saeidah, who kindly checked on my wife when she was unwell and shared helpful tips. These thoughtful gestures, along with the overall great service from the team, made our stay truly memorable. The only area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi, which was quite slow and made it difficult to take work calls on Zoom and Teams. Upgrading the internet speed would make the stay even better.
"Not great"
Not great time had here, fabric of the room tired and not 100% clean. Key cards that don’t work, no staff on hand, wants to make you go to auto check-in, car park very expensive. Different hotel to the same one stayed in a year ago!
