Norman, Bradley, Leanne, Crystal Have delivered what can only be described as exemplary customer service delivery. There professionalism, friendliness, thoughtful, and caring manner, is the pinnacle of what we should expect in a daily client/ hospitality environment. Some may say, they are merely doing there jobs. I would certainly beg to differ. A s a seasoned traveller, and regular frequent or if the your Premier inn hotels. I have unfortunately, experienced below par customer service with other similar hotel brands. The cleaning staff, are also exceptional and Profesional in the daily capacity. And possess a lively friendly polite manner As a gentleman, I would never complain. However, I feel it is therefore imperative to commend employees, when they merit such an accolade. So handy being right beside the tube station. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. All the staff we met were really friendly and helpful. We’d go back!practica

Only one lift working. Only one person on reception at check-in time. Had to move rooms three times because the desks in two of the bedrooms I was allocated had recently been varnished and the varnish was still wet.

Overall good location with easy access to nearby underground station and local amenities. Safety and security in lower ground car park should be substantially improved. Had reported two nights in a row suspicious person going round attempting to open car doors with video to prove it. Was advised instead that as a guest I should report it to the police. There was no sense of responsibility whatsoever. Lo and behold the third night of my stay someone’s car window was smashed and broken into. This could have been prevented if action was taken sooner when the matter was reported.
