London Archway hotel

The room and bathroom were fairly acceptable but they do show signs of age. There was a lot of building work going on which really negatively imparted the experience

London Archway was absolutely poor on all levels, cleaniness lighting, carpark,lobby and lifts. I have photo's as evidence on what i walked into after been told the room was ready! Ideally located but not worth £155 for a night's stay. Wouldn't go back again

When booking our accommodation there was no information about construction working taking place on the building ! Very disappointed to learn this on arrival The car park entrance for the building is partially covered by the ongoing building work which obviously caused confusion to the whereabouts of tge access is. Once checked in I was shown to my room which was incorrect, I booked and paid for a family room consisting of a double bed and 2 single beds for my family, my 1st room only had a double and a single, I was then changed to another room which was the exsact same !! The lady on reception was very apologetic and put another bed into this room (very tightly squeezed) but we accepted this to not cause a fuss Shotlrtly after settling in and unpacking we discovered a leak coming from the air con resulting in water coming from the ceiling, which resulted in us changing rooms again !!! This room again had tk be made up with squeezing and extra bed in. By this tine I just went with it as my young children where getting restless and hungry. The staff was very apologetic and helpful. For me that was the only good point about our stay.

I payed a very overpriced rate just to show up to the hotel being under construction and having men on scaffolding outside my window all day! The bathrooms and BED HEADBOARDS were MOLDY!!! My first day there a lady who worked there spilt orange juice right down my new white shirt which left a stain and she wasn’t even apologetic, she just rolled her eyes! Over all the night staff was friendly and the hotel is right next to a tube station but I would still avoid this hotel if possible!!! Ps there were people heavily under the influence of drugs and alcohol outside the hotel at pretty much all hours, I definitely wouldn’t stay here if you have kids!

Second time at this hotel with my family but not going back! The hotel is under refurbishment. The rats were happily running around the hotel entrance… I booked online directly at the Premier Inn webpage. At reception, they charged me twice as they had duplicated bookings in their systems. They admitted the error but I am still waiting for a response and a refund as the manager doesn’t answer the emails. The rooms are outdated and the cleaning needs to be improved. Not worth the money
