London Angel Islington hotel

Another great stay at this Premier Inn on two of the hottest days of the year! The air-con worked like a dream and was great to come back to. Stayed in a Premier Room and it was lovely and quiet, no noise from any other rooms. Great view of the city and the hotel is in an excellent location. I hate not being able to open a window, but I never felt claustrophobic and the room never felt stuffy. We paid extra for early check-in so got in at bang-on 11am. Good size room. Bed was really comfy but was only a double size - sure they are normally at least a king. Only other issue was that the toilet didn’t seem to have been properly cleaned so I had to clean it myself. I wasn't overly annoyed but for the price paid it should have been spotless. All in all, a great place to stay and we will be back.

All was great! Practical, functional, clean. Friendly staff, checkin and chechout smooth. Breakfast not really like on the continental Europe, but that's it.

Wonderful stay, warm and friendly staff and lovely clean and cool rooms. Great breakfast. Fab bathroom. Close to Angel tube and a lovely local area. We will be back.

We’ve stayed at the Premier Inn in Angel Islington quite a few times now — sometimes for a weekend break, other times just for a little London getaway — and every stay reminds us why we keep coming back. One of the biggest reasons is the amazing night team. No matter what time you come back in — whether it’s after a late dinner, a show, or just an evening wandering around Angel — you’re always greeted warmly. Gizem, in particular, always stands out. He’s friendly, calm, and nothing is too much trouble, even in the small hours when most people would rather be anywhere else but behind reception or the bar at work! A few reasons we love coming back to this hotel: The rooms are always clean and comfortable, just what you need after a busy day in London. The location is perfect — so many great places to eat and drink right on the doorstep. The staff, day and night, genuinely care about your stay — and people like Gizem make it feel more personal every time. Another big shout out to the chef, Georgina, who delivers tasty food and always takes into consideration my dietary requirements. It’s so reassuring to know that whether we’re staying for a quick overnight or a long weekend, we’re in good hands here — day or night. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!
