"Unfriendly, cold and junk fees"

A 10 pound fee to check in less than an hour early; the room was cold; only one elevator worked, as the other was out of service for all 4 days I was there. Clearly, its intended as a cheap, no-frills chain, but this went too far.

" Excellent hotel with very friendly staff "

It is my second time staying in Premier Inn London Angel Islington . The first one was 6 years ago and everything was perfect , so when I had a necessity to travel to London again , I immediately remembered about this hotel . And it seems that in these 6 years the hotel became even better ! The rooms are even more luxurious , the staff is even more friendly ! My favourite thing is that they care a lot about safety . You need a card key even to enter the elevator , and room doors have bolts , so you don’t need to worry about anything . The only negative point is that the hotel is quite pricey . But if you value safety and comfort , I guess it is ok to pay a little bit . If I visit London in the future , I hope to stay in this hotel again !
