"Fawlty Towers lives"
Three problems with my stay: (1) A member of staff entered my room uninvited at 11.30pm, whilst I was asleep, in order to confirm my name (2) I emailed the reception team a few days later and queried why the member of staff felt they were entitled to come into my room uninvited - I still have not had a reply (3) The hotel has billed me twice for the same reservation - I paid when making my booking and, subsequently without my persmission, Premier Inn has also taken more than the same amount again from my credit card after I had checked in and presumably after I had confirmed my name

Loved the stay at Angel Islington Premier Inn, great location easy to find, room as clean and spacious and beds were so comfy. Staff were friendly

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Gurdy who came on shift in the evening was great. Breakfast was lovely, the room was good and the bed very comfortable.
"Overpriced for what you get"
Booked a family room given a double, staff rude and unhelpful asked if we could check in early very rudely told no, only one towel provided, for 2 adults, not enough staff on to help within the bar resulting in long ques and wait times. only good point is location to other amenities
"A wonderful experience"
Stay here for the Robbie Williams concert at the Emirates and had the most pleasant experience, the staff were really friendly, it was my birthday aswell and they all made such a fuss of me at breakfast, they had surprised me by setting up a birthday table with chocolates, a card, cupcakes, balloons and a fabulous breakfast! It was an exceptional stay, the room was clean and tidy, the facilities were amazing and the staff overall were exceptional and just happy to do their job nothing was too much trouble! Would absolutely stay there again and would recommend to anyone staying in London ☺️😍
