"Brilliant place to stay"
Brilliant place to stay in London. Right next to St James' Park tube station, close to Westminster tube station. You can easily walk to Buckingham Palace, Horse Guard's Parade and Westminster Abbey. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Cocktail hour was excellent and breakfast was fantastic (everything for £8). We have a great time. Thank you.
"Perfect Location and Helpful Staff"
The staff at Westminster Premier Hub was probably the best I have ever had for a hotel in London. They were so accommodating, helpful, going above and beyond to help with my needs. I loved this place and felt safe, but one thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. They have 2 breakfast choices in 2 locations. It’s confusing. I am diabetic so I couldn’t eat the prepaid breakfast (all heavy carbs, no protein), and had to go buy breakfast somewhere each day. The staff were superb but the system of breakfast was not good for me. It’s in a safe area very close to tubes and buses, as well as restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. The location was perfect!
"Usual Premier Hub Offering - No hot breakfast."
The usual offering from Premier Inn Hub. Staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast area is a little small but seemed to handle the numbers well. Continental buffet is offered - not a hot breakfast which was a disappointment. Rooms are not as clean as they could be, bed sheet was barely on the bed. More time needs to be given to housekeeping.
"Warm welcome"
I was warmly greeted by a friendly member of staff. The room had all that it needed including a large television and it was spotlessly clean. Plus there was an amazingly priced breakfast (£6!!).
"Great staff and location"
The staff at the Hub at Premier Inn was fantastic and helped us out in a bind. Great location and would go back in a heartbeat.
