"London trip"
Good service friendly staff. And good food. Clean room. Breakfast is a must fir the price and sets you up for the day. Staff willing to go out of the way for you.

Fantastically located hotel - all the tourist attractions within 20min walk. Breakfast and the bar were incredible value
"Truly awful experience that we do not want to repeat"
My colleague and I each stayed in a double room on the second floor. My room had condensation running down the walls and mirrors when I woke up. The carpet was very dirty with black patches all over it there is no facility to make a cup of tea or coffee in the rooms. We stayed 2 nights and no house keeping took place. Our bins in the rooms were not emptied nor bathroom cleaned either. Rooms so small that the bed is pushed against the wall at one side.this place does not know what customer service is and I would never stay here again if it were the last place on earth.Long queues at breakfast time.
"Great stay and great atmosphere"
Great hotel, staff was very friendly and very warm welcome felt. The whole hotel was clean tidy and felt modern. I will be going back as location was amazing for the price
"Lovely stay"
Very good hotel great location for the underground 2 mins from st james park. Staff very helpful beds comfy, breakfast great value at £8 for cooked food and continental unlimited food! Will definitely use again.
