"Great stay in Westminster"
Really enjoyed our stay at this location. Close to a lot of attractions, including Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. Very convenient to the tube station. The staff were very welcoming and overall highly recommend this property.
"Not happy about having room without window."
We were horrified to find we were in a room without a window or any natural light. We were not informed this could be an option when booking. Otherwise the room was fine and the location brilliant. But please make it clear when booking that there are interior rooms.
"Room was larger than expected for an european hotel. I would go there again."
The hotel is in an excelent location, just a 10 minute walk from the Big Ben and the Abbey of Westminster. The hotel is spacious and very clean, very comfortable. It has its own resataurant and an excelent complete breakfast for GBD 12.90 or less if you choose a continental one. Very good service, good price.
"Hotel staff went above and beyond what they needed to do!!"
Small rooms, but perfect for a solo traveler. Also located half a block from Westminster Abbey and a block from St James Park Tube entrance, so extremely convenient. Excellent bed and internet! I fell in a store, bashing my knee badly, and when hotel staff saw it when I arrive back, they got me ice and insisted on personally taking me to the emergency room and waiting in line for me for two hours to help me check in!! I wholeheartedly recommend this place for solo travelers or couples.
"Excellent location, facilities and staff."
Premier Inn are my default hotels in the UK so I was intrigued by the "Hub" hotels in London when we needed to be close to the House of Commons and this was 5 mins walk max and 1 min to St James' Park tube.. Simple check in with a QR code saved the usual 3pm queue. The place is a warren of corridors but well signposted. We were room 9 on floor -1. Room: Yes it's small but I'd opted for the king-size bed, spotlessly clean everywhere, plenty of plug points and bedside touch-button for lighting and air-conditioning and as expected a comfortable bed. Very quiet. I had assumed there would be USB points and hadn't bought a charging plug but the very friendly and efficient staff on reception searched high and low for one and lent it to me, so certainly bring your own. Didn't use the TV so can't comment. Good wifi which is just as well as there's no phone signal in the room! Excellent shower, as someone reported before, which is always a pleasant surprise however when you turn the mobile shower head to off and turn too far the static overhead comes on with cold water, so beware! Breakfast: At £8 a head this is very good value, a buffet that had the usual cooked options, pastries with very good croissants and muesli, yoghurt etc. Two coffee machines and a hot water machine for tea. Good, pleasant service. Didn't use the bar so can't comment. Beware, there are two Hub hotels very close together, make sure to choose the right one on Google maps, or whatever you're using to get you there, unlike us! Overall, I would certainly stay at a Premier Inn Hub again.
