"Great hotel in the heart of Westminster with a fab breaky"
Fantastic stay friendly helpful staff really helped us plan our day out. Room spotless and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing so cheap for what you get good quality ingredients. Perfect location for us and we will stay again on our next visit to London.

I have stayed here a few times but more recently for three weeks end of April beginning of May. And a few days in September. The Hotel is a Premier Inn and you can expect the same quality that all the nicer Prem Inns offer. This is a Hub so the rooms are small but pack almost everything you need. But the thing that makes the hotel is the one member of staff that remembers you after seeing hundreds or thousands of customers and is happy to help every customer that comes through the door! PremInn you need to make this girl a director and look after her :) In other news hotel location is good. Close to St James’s Park, Buckingham Palace, The Mall, Parliament Square, Trafalgar Square. Plenty of pubs and places to eat.

Good service friendly staff. And good food. Clean room. Breakfast is a must fir the price and sets you up for the day. Staff willing to go out of the way for you.

"Truly awful experience that we do not want to repeat"
My colleague and I each stayed in a double room on the second floor. My room had condensation running down the walls and mirrors when I woke up. The carpet was very dirty with black patches all over it there is no facility to make a cup of tea or coffee in the rooms. We stayed 2 nights and no house keeping took place. Our bins in the rooms were not emptied nor bathroom cleaned either. Rooms so small that the bed is pushed against the wall at one side.this place does not know what customer service is and I would never stay here again if it were the last place on earth.Long queues at breakfast time.
