hub by Premier Inn London West Brompton hotel

Booked as close to the empress museum. Room was excellent, really quiet considering on corner near an ambulance station. Staff were all helpful. Really good stay.

Had a one night stay at Premier Inn London West Brompton and found the whole experience very good, if not excellent. First of all the location, just a few metres away from bust stops and Underground Railway Station. We paid a bit extra for a super hub room (think this is what it wascalled) which meant it was a slightly larger room and made it more comfortable getting in and out of bed (sometimes in hub rooms the side of the bed can be against the wall. Room very comfortable, everything worked and we slept like two very tired 'logs'. staff were very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast, we felt was very good value for money. We buses and tube and all our plans went very smoothly. We would definitely return another time

We stayed in this hotel for Earls court. We were due to go to a show but it was cancelled ! No worries we made the most of it and went out in the local area. Its close to the tube and a safe area to be at night. I booked a double room but didn’t realise the bed was difficult to access, should have got the kingsized . Anyway, I spoke with Tarek the deputy manager who was very helpful , he told me they had a last minute cancellation so let us move into a bigger room for the second night. Its clear that this hotel is run by teamwork, all staff are pleasant and it seems no job is beneath the management as they all muck in . Rooms are super clean, modern and aircon works a treat ! The sheets and bath towels are nice and fresh, not small like a lot of places , storage is basic but we were only there for the weekend. The soundproofing is great, didn’t hear anything from outside and slept late on Sunday ! Breakfasts are basic but good value and tasty, the porridge is good too. I like the little extras, refreshments always available in reception rather than the rooms , this is offered if you arrive early & need to wait for your room . There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and the hotel bar is open late for a nightcap. I left my Ipad by accident , rang Tareq and he kept it in the safe for me until it was returned safely . We would recommend this hotel , its run by a friendly team who care if you have a good stay , what more would you want to make you return ? Thanks to all at the Premiere hub West Brompton ❤️

Good location to go to different points of London because of underground (or tube) next. Staff is so kind, friendly and well predisposed to explain different

I've never been disappointed by a stay at Hub by Premier Inn. The room was quiet, had a good sleep every night, and had breakfast at Premier Inn is good value. This was near several tube stations and, although it was a bit further away from the city, I found the commute fast and convenient. The area felt safe, as a solo female, and it was a comfortable stay. Definitely will be back when in London. Staff were accommodating and friendly, and security is good with access to the rooms only with a swipe card.
