"Central location"
When we booked, the description said the rooms were compact. Pleasantly surprised by the size of them and perfectly adequate to sleep and shower in

The Soho Premier Inn Hub is ideally situated for a visit to London. It is within walking distance of shops, theatres and restaurants. The room I had was clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet! All the staff were friendly and helpful.
"Great location!"
At first we had a problem with loud music coming from a pizza place below us. The hotel was very proactive in making sure the pizza place turned the music off at a reasonable time for the nights thereafter. They also credited us for the first of three nights. The rooms are clean, location is perfect, and the staff are incredibly courteous and helpful. Bring your own bathroom supplies, as all that is given is hand and body soap. Overall, a very good experience.
"Nice staff, poor cleanliness"
The hotel is in a good location. Bars, pubs, restaurants, and the theater are all within easy reach. The staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was mold in the bathroom, so we had to move to another room. That room also had mold in the bathroom, but a little less. Some things in the room were also broken (ex. bathroom door). Overall, we found the price too high for what we got.
"Perfect base at the heart of Soho"
Stayed at hub by Premier Inn London Soho for a quick city break and it was spot on. The room was compact but super clean, modern, and really well designed – exactly what I needed. No issues at all with the room. Big shout-out to Nancy at reception – she helped me quickly and kindly with a small issue (not even room-related). Really appreciated her professionalism and friendly attitude. The location is unbeatable if you want to explore central London. Will definitely stay again!
