"No complaints, great stay."
Clean room, clean bathroom. Room didn’t have any damage (peeling wallpaper, stains etc) that I could see, seemed freshly done. Yes the rooms are a bit of a squeeze but it’s called “hub” for a reason. Aircon is easy to adjust, tv simple to use, I like the light dimming option. Bed felt a little weird, it’s soft but the seam where they’re pushed together is so uncomfortable to sleep on you just stick to one side. A bit of a gap under the door so you might need a rolled up towel if you want a blackout room. Tea and coffee easy to find, glasses and cups are provided. Plenty of tea choices and cappuccino, latte, espresso and white/black americano as machine options. I arrived early and receptionist let me hold my luggage in a safe space downstairs (accessible only by staff keycard) with a corresponding ticket attached. Came one night for work, I really can’t complain about anything. Receptionist was helpful, young MOC on check in and manager on checkout, both were great. Situated in a prime location. Co-op literally next door, so many amazing food options close by (I’d recommend Kula Kula for sushi, Bone Daddies for bao buns or ramen).
"A Masterclass in Meeting the Bare Minimum"
We stayed here whilst visiting London for the British Summer Time Festival. I was rather disappointed with the stat, staff were engaging during any interaction I had with them, check in, check out or just general “have a good day” etc. The room itself seemed rather small and the bed was 2 single mattresses pushed together which did not add to the comfort. The carpet was absolutely filthy, I had been in the shower and put a brand new pair of white socks on, by the time I got back to the bed they were dirty. The shower room itself was a rather nice area. Disappointing stay all round.
"Perfect location"
Perfect Location for exploring, China Town and the West End We stayed for one night to catch Les Mis and Cabaret do a little sight-seeing and shopping, which the location was perfect for. Plenty of varied choice nearby for food and drink, the staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful, we would 100% stay here again as it's perfect a night or 2
"Great value, great service."
Great value place to stay in central London, with very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms and beds are clean and comfortable, and breakfast is really good value and is good quality too.
"Excellent stay!"
Made our 3 night booking based on the location and so glad we did! It’s slap bang in middle of Soho, a stone’s throw from Chinatown, easy walking distance (and we’re unfit pensioners!) to all the top theatres, Piccadilly, Bond St, Leicester Square etc etc. A two minute walk to one of the Ivy Brasseries and a Co-Op in the other direction. Purpose built building so very modern with great facilities e.g * easy touch screen check in * bar (£8 for two premier drinks during happy hour) * lounge area with free tea & coffee * food available from 7am * £8 gets you continental with cooked breakfast, juices, fresh fruit & yoghurt * keycard entry to everywhere, so very secure Rooms smaller then normal Premier Inn but still well equipped; touch screen controls for lights & air con, 40 inch TV, modern bathroom (ours had normal shower head plus over head rain type) and an easy chair. No beverage facilities in room however, but it’s all free down in the lounge and they supply takeaway cups & life should you feel the need. Easy to talk to staff, who are both friendly and professional. So if you have a problem just talk to one, they’ll do their best to resolve it!
