"Better than lots of hotels twice the price!"
Stayed here for 2 nights to attend a festival in Hackney.Superb from start to finish! Nikki at reception was really helpful and welcoming on checking in. O ur room on 3rd floor was spotless, huge bed and brilliantly designed room for storage, despite not being a massive room Best thing for me was superb air con ( a rarity here in UK and it was a HOT weekend!) Totally quiet too despite the location being in the midst of Brick Lane. Had free tea / coffee in the cafe each morning and looked like a reasonable breakfast but tons of eateries in the area. Actually a pretty cool.bar in the hotel too. 5 minutes walk from Shoreditch High Street station .10/10 !!

"Great base in Shoreditch"
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shoreditch. The hotel was ideally positioned for access to trains/buses/underground and it was a great base. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were everything we needed for a city break (as we literally only slept there), that said, the bar area was inviting and quite lively in the evenings. Nice atmosphere.
"Spot on Premier Inn Hub"
This was our third stay at this premier inn Hub in Shoreditch. The hotel it's self is lovely and clean, good breakfast and friendly staff. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, you can spend a whole weekend with in walking distance of the hub. There are so many amazing shops, markets, restaurants, cafes and bars near by. This won't be our last stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in London.
"Broken air conditioner wrecked our only day in London"
The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but unfortunately our stay was ruined by the lack of functioning air conditioner. Despite turning it on before leaving for dinner, we returned to find it off and unable to cool the room. The window couldn’t be opened, making it truly unbearably stuffy and warm as the heat from the day rose to the top floor. Staff said they would “reset” it but offered no fans and no room change. Four hours later it finally started working somewhat, but only after we’d lost half a night’s sleep—precious time on a short London trip. I'm surprised and disappointed that no staff bothered to respond to my email about this, nor did they offer any solutions in the moment. I’ve since stayed at a regular Premier Inn with no such issues. I won’t be returning to a Hub. Also worth noting: The mirror hangs directly opposite the frosted bathroom door, meaning the other person sitting on the bed (virtually the only place to sit) can see everything going on in the bathroom. Rather diabolical in my opinion.
