"Brilliant service"
We were blown away by how friendly the service was- Richard, who checked us in, was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
"Very good customer service, and good location."
Location: near an overground stop (Shoreditch) but may feel rough in the evening. 10-15 minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station. Near restaurants and newsagents next door. Customer service: extremely good. Very friendly staff and it's a good sign. You are allowed to leave your luggage for free if you can't check in early. You can also leave your luggage for free if you have to check out and don't want to carry a heavy bag, etc. Room: slightly smaller than your premier inn hotel but it's ok. There won't be a lot of room for big luggage. Just a warning but plenty of space to store bags. There is a hair dryer but no kettle in the rooms. You can gain free coffee or tea in the bar. Shower pressure is strong. The mattress is comfortable. Plugs on both sides of the bed. TV is ok and clear. WiFi is ok. Bar: food and drinks at ok prices. Unlimited breakfast is £8 (2025) and it's ok. Not the best but worth it. Other: there is an iron and ironing board to borrow but not sure where you can place it to use in the room.
"Poor experience and in need of an upgrade"
Had to move rooms due to a terrible damp smell coming from the bathroom. The second room was incredibly warm during the stay as the AC didn’t seem to be working effectively. We have stayed here regularly over the last couple of years and there has been a lot of wear and tear which is becoming visible in the rooms.
"Very good environment all around."
The pillow were very comfortable and the bed was out of this world. The environment was amazing from the staff and I felt very welcomed there. Very nice location to all local shops and restaurants.
"Another good stay"
Stayed here many times since Covid, although this visit was after a gap of trying other London hotels. To be honest this is still a great option. Love the area full of life and bars/restaurants, good transport links, rooms clean and well designed .
