hub London Paddington (Paddington Station)

After a combined cruise and visiting family holiday, we stayed at this Premier Inn the day before our flight. We arrived in London by train at Euston Station and took a cab which cost £26. This was easier than trying to navigate the underground with 3 pieces of luggage. Everything with this hotel from check in to check out was great. All areas from public to our fifth floor room were extremely clean. We paid for an early check in and very happy we did. We found the location of hotel excellent for exploring London. For departure morning we paid for the hot buffet breakfast, it was nice. After breakfast we had an easy check out and went across the street for Paddington Station to catch the Heathrow Express. This is a really convenient 15 minute train ride with plenty of room for luggage. We would stay at this hotel again

100% would book this again next time we come to London. We had a standard room which was perfect. Clean rooms and good service. We got their early and they offered to store bags free. We had a late train after check out and they still held our bags too. Very easy access to all public transportation which was a big plus.

Right across from Paddington Station, Premier Inn was perfect for our 1-night stay before taking the Heathrow Express the next morning. Easy check-in, clean and spacious rooms, plus Nespresso machine. Comfy bed and good lighting. Bathroom very clean but shower screen leaked a bit. Other than that, it was an excellent stay.

Firstly, I really appreciated the offer of a full refund which they didn't have to do. Was taking my 2 daughters to see Coldplay which due to tube strike was moved last minute from Sunday to Saturday. They had no availability Saturday so we decided to stay Friday night, spend the day sightseeing then go to the concert and do the drive back to Manchester straight after. Spoke with other concert goers whose hotels refused and they simply lost the money, despite it being no fault of theirs. I recommended this hotel to all. That's how you keep customers. Despite having checked out, they also allowed us to use the bar toilets to freshen up and change after our day in London by giving us a temporary key card. Check in automatic, quick and easy but with a friendly guy on hand to help out. Room was spotless and modern as was bathroom. Breakfast was superb with high quality ingredients (sausages were delicious). Bar was lovely and all staff very friendly and helpful. Great value as I shared a room with my 2 girls and worked out around £55 each including breakfast, for central London. Location is brilliant. Tube and station right in front of hotel so could get anywhere quick and easily. No parking but got a private space on just park less than a 1 minute walk away. Next time we are in London. I will simply not look but just book this hotel again.
