"Great place to stay."
First time staying at this hotel. Couldn't fault it. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable and quiet from outside noise. We had a meal in the attached restaurant which was really convenient as they served food until 10pm and stayed open so we could stay for a drink after. The Breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I have had. It was hot, constantly rotated so the food was fresh and there was an excellent selection of pastries, cereals, fruits, cooked breakfast etc. The meal deal option was great value for money. The fire alarm went off on the Saturday evening which cant be helped as these things happen but the staff rushed and turned it off really quickly. Great staff, great location. Will stay again for sure!

The location is great, there is a subway across the road. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The breakfast is varied and the staff is very friendly and always ready to help.

Extremely convenient for Paddington Station. The room was more than adequate and very clean. Breakfast was excellent- plenty of choice and of good quality. The meal deal was great value. The staff were superb- friendly, polite and very helpful. We definitely use this hotel again!
"Two separate stays, one good one terrible."
I stayed here twice, a week apart. The first time I stayed in what I would call a standard hotel room. Comfortable and quiet. The second time ( my fault entirely) I was booked in The Hub which is not designed for anyone over the age of 30. A hostel type room, no space for anything, and possibly the noisiest hotel room I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. This room cost more than a real room such as the one I had a week earlier. Highway robbery. The only up side of my stay was the breakfast buffet. Top marks.

Hotel was an excellent location for Paddington station, very quiet, clean, helpful staff and with a good breakfast, including catering for Gluten Free without fuss. We will definitely be back
