"Great hotel 🥰"
I stayed at Premier Inn London Paddington to celebrate my birthday with my friends, and I couldn’t have made a better choice! The room was beutiful, modern and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. A special thank you to Giovanni for his kindness and helpfulness - he really made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort and a warm atmosphere in the heart of London!
"Never booking again"
Would not stay again despite the great location and clean room. We repeatedly complained about how hot our room got at night and were told the air conditioning is centrally controlled and goes off when a certain temperature is reached. So every day we woke up sweaty with dry throats and eyes. Not a good way to start the day! The staff were frustrated but validated our concerns. They said this was true of all Premier Inns!
"Stay elsewhere"
This was a budget hotel experience and not the best offering the brand has. We’ve stayed at other Premier properties that were much nicer and which led us to reserve this one as it was convenient to Paddington Station and Heathrow. Very disappointing. Entry area on the street was trashed and dirty. Reception area didn’t feel welcoming. Hallway rugs were stained and worn. Our ‘standard’ room was small and too crowded to easily access two pieces of carry-on luggage! Room was clean. Small bath. Windows barred and locked. Breakfast was good and more representative of the brand. Not recommended.
"Overall a good stay."
Two night stay in a Premier Plus Room. Overall an enjoyable stay, upon arrival reception was very busy with large queues, the lady who was working alone and trying to cope did her very best. Restaurant waiting staff, very pleasant and polite. The room was very comfortable and clean. Used the restaurant one night, given the current climate, it represented acceptable value for money but was let down slightly by the temperature of the food when it was delivered. Breakfast was plentiful and great value when included with the 'meal deal'. Yes I would recommend the hotel and it would have scored excellent had it not been for the evening meal in the restaurant.
"Excellent hotel perfect location"
We booked this hotel to spend 3 nights in London sightseeing. It’s one minute walk from Paddington. It’s a beautiful 6 storey very clean, tidy and organised hotel. They can keep your luggage in their store for free if you arrive early or leave late, even with valuables in. You can ask for “no cleaning” if you don’t wish for housekeeping entering your room. You can get as much tea & coffee bags from reception at any time. Rooms are very spacious. Very large bathroom with amazing shower/tub. On the wall dispensers Harding & Bayliss, smelling lush. Most importantly, king size bed & single (for just 2 people), WOW, when we booked double, that’s a massive bonus. Also the area is full of cafes & restaurants that some are open early for breakfast or stay real late. Edgware Road is less than 10 minutes walk.
