"Excellent"
We stayed for three nights. (Myself snd two children) The room was clean and quiet at night, comfy beds. Great breakfast at a very reasonable price which included the kids eating for free. Room was cleaned during our stay on request. Staff are helpful and efficient. The location was perfect for us to enjoy London! Thanks for a great stay!
"Standard hotel with super location."
Very good location close to Paddington station(Only 20 m to Elisabeth Line) Small rooms but good standard and very quite even though our room was toward the street and station. Ok breakfast but (very) limited asssortment of bread, fruit and vegetables and no cheese at all.
"Avoid this hotel"
1. Very poor attitude and service from the receptionist Florine 2. Unacceptable cleanliness - found something looked like poo on the room guide 3. Bed is very small for two people 4. The first room assigned to us had strong smell of smoking even though smoking is not allowed. 5. Then we were changed to another room which seemed to be designed for one person only, as there’s only 1 set of towel and bed was small for two people 6. Temperature control handle in the shower was stuck and could not be adjusted resulted in uncomfortably hot water.
"Great location, comfortable enough"
Have stayed a number of times in Paddington basin but first time here - steps away from the railway station, rooms a bit smaller but heard no other guests whilst in room. Breakfast just about worth it, not the best ever but edible and fresh.
"Over night stay in London"
Great location withneasy access to Paddington Station. Clean and quite. Had all the necessary facilities we needed. Highly recommend.
