Small, but very clean room, upper floor was good to have a small daylight window. I was impressed by the friendlyness of all the staff and the great cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Teamaking-Fascilities in the room would be more convenient then downstairs, but it was alright. Room could do with some hooks to hang jackets etc.

My daughter and I were having a few days in London. We decided on Marylebone as it’s a very nice part of town. There are 3 tube stations within easy walking distance. The proximity of Regent’s Park is also great. We arrived at the hotel at around 2.45pm and were checked in immediately. We had an issue with a leaking toilet but we were quickly moved to another room on the same floor. We knew that the room would be small but it is very well thought out and the bathroom is fine. The room had excellent sound proofing and we had no issues with traffic noise. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but there is free tea and coffee available in reception. We were able to leave our bags on our last day while we were sightseeing as our flight was not until the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Have stayed here a few times now on business trips. Location is good, handy for Paddington and nice areas to walk around in the evening. Rooms to usual Hub specification, always clean. Staff always very helpful.

We were very impressed by the wonderful reception team and excellent customer care. Special thanks to Walden, Mayur, Arsha, Dawn, Alex and Angela and the others who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is very clean and modern. The bed is very comfortable. The location is fantastic! Great place!

We had a very pleasant stay at Hub by Premier Inn London Marylebone. The location is excellent, very close to public transport and within walking distance to many attractions. It made getting around London very easy for us. The hotel is modern, clean and well-organized. As expected from a hub hotel, the rooms are compact but functional and comfortable for a short stay. A special thanks to Rokiye, who was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. She made us feel welcome and assisted us whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again for a future visit to London.
